Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Beaverton

Ed and Kym were wonderful hosts. We even had the opportunity to chat with both of them in passing during our stay and they’re great people. Their place was the perfect retreat for a pair of weary traveled parents with an infant. Not only was it an amazing location for seeing some of the best of parts Portland but a perfect place for our little one to rest and play in the evening.

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place in Happy Valley, Oregon! Adrienne and his wife are such a sweet and welcoming couple—it truly felt great meeting them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning balcony views and a refreshing breeze that made our time there extra special. The space was well-equipped with snacks and all the utensils we needed for dining, which was a thoughtful touch. When we requested it, they kindly helped us by setting up a portable air conditioning unit, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also baked and shared delicious muffins with us, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful location, a cozy and well-maintained home, and such kind hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Happy Valley area!

We stayed at Christine’s place to attend an event at Pacific University and wanted something walkable. We were at university buildings or quaint restaurants within 10-12 minutes of walking. It was perfect for that. Apartment was everything it advertised and was spotless with newly installed bathroom - or at least kept like new. Hot water and pressure were great in shower. You will hear muffled sounds from upstairs neighbors but not noisy. Air conditioning was great to have and a rare treat. Best access was from the back alley between the main streets.

A great stay! I will definitely be a return guest. Comfortable, peaceful, clean!

We actually booked Joe's place after our original place was too warm for sleeping. He was quick to respond, let us check in early and his place was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. 10/10.

Our stay at Kai and Maria's daylight basement 2BR apartment was great! There was plenty of space for myself, my partner, and my adult son. We were in town for 4 nights to attend my granddaughter's high school graduation. These hosts have thought of all of the amenities to make your stay ideal. The apartment is clean, welcoming, and decorated beautifully. The hosts are very friendly, and it's located in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and food trucks nearby. This was my fourth time staying here. Fireplace Flat feels like home to me now as it is located 2/10 of a mile from my daughter’s house that she was renting while attending the University of Portland. I feel safe and comfortable at Fireplace Flat even traveling alone and I have a routine when I stay there.

Amazing place to stay in the Pearl District of Portland. Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

The view!!!! Truly spectacular and more magnificent and stunning than the pictures. We took advantage of Cynthia’s recommendation and hired Chef Ian who spoiled us with an amazing dinner and selection of wines for my husband’s 60th birthday dinner that included our two adult children and their significant others. The six of us all stayed at the home together for the vacation and it was perfect. The house is a short drive into town where we enjoyed great takeout from Social Goods one night and another evening had a yummy dinner at Rosmarino, meeting the warm and welcoming owner. Chef Ian put us in touch with his friend Aaron who drove us to three different wineries on Saturday and he even picked up our preordered lunch. Aaron was so kind and funny and born and raised there so had great tips and information to share. My husband and I are huge runners and found some good areas to run within a short drive from the house. All in all, a top ten place and wonderfully responsive host!

Great neighborhood, very walkable to lots of good restaurant, cafes and Whole Foods. Easy to find free street parking even late at night. The cottage is tucked away and gives you lots of privacy and opportunity to enjoy the weather on the deck with the French doors opening from the kitchen. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults and had plenty of space. The half bath downstairs providing great overflow. The rooms are functional and on the smaller side. Host accounted for it with hangers and other places to store. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils allowing us to cook meals at home as we saw fit. Overall Portland is a great place to visit. We will be back.

My sister and I stayed at this location for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! It is close to a lovely park and we even walked to a coffee shop under 20 minutes away. It was easy to find and we liked that it had a small kitchen section with microwave/fridge. We also liked that there was a small heater in the room and multiple pillows per person. Communication was easy and quick which we also really appreciate! We had no issues with noise coming from the rest of the house and the neighborhood extremely peaceful. Thank you for a home away from home!!

Awesome place! We really enjoyed our stay at Malcolm’s place. The house is beautiful and it feels like home, the TVs on every room and the living room are very convenient, the internet is great, our children really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Malcolm was very attentive and really easy to talk to. We had a really great time.

Kara was the best! Communication with her was top notch, and very easy. Her home and yard were beautiful and so pleasant. Kara provided great information both about her home, and also about local places to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, the location wonderful for getting where wanted to go, and the experience 5 star all the way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No details have been missed in making this a very comfortable place to walk into, drop your bags and relax. All amenities of home at your disposal. The grill is fire and I made a great Tri-Tip roast on it. Enjoyed the animals on the property too. Very clean and well organized place. Host was friendly and quick to respond to questions.

we were celebrating a college graduation with friends and family and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens ever - we were able to cook great meals - BBQ and even sit outside for one meal. Great place for a family group - bedrooms give privacy. Also lots of games!
