A great apartment for transit. The value for money is fine. It is clean and complete with a great bed. Conveniently, the car can park on private property and the bikes in a garage. The apartment is in a quiet suburb, a 30-minute walk from the center of Valence. Laetitia is most friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

Pleasant and comfortable cottage in a peaceful environment. Close to various attractive sites (Vercors, Romans, Drôme hills...), this accommodation in the middle of nature is ideal for exploring. Our hosts were charming and available and we thank them.

Hi, We were greeted by Olivier, who was waiting for us on site for a detailed description of the place, and as a bonus, small local specialties...!! Also, a very high level of responsiveness in case of need...!!👍 clear explanations of this place where absolutely nothing is missing to spend moments of calm and conviviality. Everything is gathered on site, from the housing, very functional, to the spacious, landscaped and tree-lined exteriors, with a beautiful swimming pool. We were 4 adults and 3 children at Amar and Hélène's place. The house is quiet, very nice and well equipped. There are plenty to do nearby. As a bonus, an attractive rate for a house of this size. It was a great stay for us!

We had a wonderful stay at Maëlle's, who welcomed us with great kindness and attention. The accommodation is impeccable, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The environment is simply enchanting: surrounded by horses, chickens, cats, and the sweet Dana, a kind dog who loves hugs! This accommodation is a true haven of peace, a break from time where you immediately feel good. The pool is a real plus for relaxing in peace. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation and hope to have the chance to return!

Ideal for a stay in Valence, in the pedestrian zone, everything easily accessible on foot and yet quiet. Very nice apartment in an architecturally highly interesting house! Clear recommendation!

The mazot is small but everything has been thought out, optimized and well arranged. Nothing is missing and Carole is very attentive while remaining discreet. They are a human person with a heart of gold who loves to receive. The only downside is that you have to take the car for the hiking departures and we thought it would be different. We had a great stay, air conditioning much appreciated also because it was hot outside. We highly recommend it.

The place is perfect for a group stay in the area. Many walks nearby, very quiet surroundings, small town nearby for shopping... Jean-Marc was very friendly to us and even helped us out our meal when we arrived, as we did not anticipate the May 1st leave!
