Logement spacieux, propre et chaleureux dans le bourg du village avec balcon et cour ; situé au-dessus d'un salon de coiffure. Accessible par un escalier extérieur. Il n'y a pas de frais de ménage car celui-ci doit être fait avant votre départ, je dois retrouver mon logement dans l'état dans lequel vous l'aurez trouvé, Merci à vous 🙂.

Welcome to our cozy house 700m from the Loire , 6km from Saint Florent le Vieil.. The inside of the house is cozy and the garden very nice for summer evenings. Great walks along the Loire will make you happy! The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small catering, music, in season, small concerts; It is arranged like a cocoon with rugs and old sofas, small lamps, very nice to have a good time!

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

This cozy house, located between Angers and Nantes, as well as close to the banks of the Loire, welcomes you with family or friends. Covered terrace and enclosed garden. Beautiful walks await you on foot, by car or by bike. In summer, a pleasant open-air café with music and tasting, less than a kilometer from the cottage, welcomes you for good festive moments.
