Holiday rentals with a patio in Beaumont

Very clean accommodation, refurbished, in a really quiet place. The hosts were very nice and responsive, with good advice. My partner and I would recommend this listing.

Great welcome with very pleasant surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and beyond. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there's everything you need. I must note the calm around the studio, no car noise or other. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, a bakery, a pizzeria, a wine bar, a pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very beautiful place. I can only recommend this address and I will come back without hesitation!

I was in the apartment for a week and I felt at home, a spacious apartment with a nice energy, we were very comfortable, clean and well located, close to everything, its location is perfect, Tony is a great host, he arrived before the city and let me arrive before, very kind and specific and clear with all the information of the apartment, I recommend this accommodation! Great apartment, everything is as pictured. Two minutes from the station (you can see it from the balcony), we did not use any transport - it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the lake and the historical center. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for both short and long stays. Annecy was struck by its beauty and coziness.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Great stay with friends in Pascale's house. Everything was perfect, impeccably clean, the house perfectly matches the description and photos. It is very comfortable and there are plenty of beautiful things to see and do in this beautiful region. Pascale was very responsive and met our expectations. I recommend.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. Thank you for this welcome, we all have a great memory of this stay!

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
