i had a great weekend. the proximity to the train station is a real plus and many places to visit nearby. The place is quiet and well maintained and my hosts were responsive when I had questions. i highly recommend it.

Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood under renovation, everything is within walking distance, Grand'Place, shops, restaurants, it has everything! In addition, Elodie and Etienne are super responsive and always pleasant, really perfect. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you!

The accommodation is in a quiet area of Louvain-la-Neuve, near the lake and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after working at the university or anything. The terrace is very pleasant and it was a wonderful stay to enjoy the calm and advance in my academic research.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

Too much is too much...but when it's true...! Despite our age, the accommodation is perfect. Ideal location, in the historic city center, impeccably like home, basic shops at the door for a short or medium stay for reduced strides, multi-parking solutions for a vehicle. And then the Ardennes! as soon as you cross the towns or villages. This first Airbnb contact is a success. Recognition.

A beautiful home, even more beautiful than the pictures , huge spaces. Rooms with real comfortable mattress beds, several bathrooms and toilets very convenient for large groups . The house is surrounded by a beautiful huge park. If you love horses you will see beautiful ones 🤩 everything was perfect we are delighted with our weekend with friends. I also thank Jason and Arnaud for their kindness and friendliness, and for taking the time to welcome us and show us around. Very available as well as Sandrine for our exchanges . Very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation. Ideally located to enjoy the joys of the lakes of the Eau d'Heure. Quiet neighborhood. The plus: possibility of renting bed linen and towels.

We had a great time! The house is impeccable, very clean, being allergic to dust I had no problems! Mini dishwasher, very convenient to leave room for more time to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was very comfortable... nothing to say! The jacuzzi is very well maintained and relaxed us well during our stay. The host is very welcoming and friendly! It is a great location to stay with small children. Everything was available, they had the time of their lives. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished. Highly recommended for a family stay. Many possibilities in the kitchen, everything was available as in your own home. The rooms under the roof were warm after a day with temperatures of 25 degrees.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome immediately upon greeting. There is a railway line and a busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything from it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is within easy reach. We came home completely rested.

The accommodation is really charming, very well organized, convenient, the bedding is very comfortable,the small inner courtyard nice to drink your coffee quietly in the morning. Everything is well arranged, the kitchen is very well organized, very functional, there is everything you need. The bathroom is nice and well equipped.
