Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Forget your worries in this cozy and serene space. This is a new listing that has new furnishings. Our reviews on "Charming in Walloon Lake " reveal we have tried to please our guests. Shopping, restaurants, a park, and a lake are within walking distance. This apartment has a private entrance with a coin operated laundry on the premises. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

Because this is a residential area there are no parties or large gatherings allowed. Quiet time is 9 PM to 9 AM!

Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. This place is a wonderful gathering space for a family vacation. The house is well accommodated and comfortable. Host has provided a variety of entertainment options - games, DVDs. Bedrooms and bathrooms have what you need. Kitchen is well stocked for making family dinners. Dining table and outdoor table great for gathering. Location of this house is good - short drive to the grocery store and a straight shot down to downtown Petoskey. Also central to wineries and nature preserves. Host was very responsive - whenever I had a question, before and during the trip, host responded very quickly. Beautiful view from living room and porch of fields across the road. Being surrounded by nature is very tranquil. Overall, really recommend this place.

Lizette and Tim were amazing hosts! From the second I got there I felt right at home. There was every amenity I could possibly need and Lizette was very responsive and attentive. Overall the place was super clean and very cozy — I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice homey feel for your trip to Petoskey! :)

Julie's cabin was the perfect getaway spot for my husband and I and would also have been great with another couple or as a family. The home was impeccably clean and she had thought of everything. It was easy to get to, directions were clear and simple, and all amenities were exactly as listed. We loved the seclusion of the location but still having the ability to access both Harbor Springs and Petoskey in a quick drive. I 100% recommend this home as a great place to stay year round!
