Holiday rentals with a patio in Beamsville, Lincoln

Dennis and Cheryl were very kind, respectful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They live in a house on site and they were very respectful of our space. They had a dog that was so friendly and sweet that my 3 year old loved and they were kind enough to let us play with her. It was peaceful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! They even had everything we could’ve needed including extra toiletries and snacks for arrival following a stressful airport experience. We would stay again!

Karley was very easy to communicate, she kindly accommodated my requests and was clear on the description of her place. It was very clean and cozy, just like the photos. The complimentary cold beer was awesome!👌 Great recommendations for the business in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

It’s a very peaceful and clean place to stay but the laundry isn’t looks like what I expect. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely will recommend the Butter Block to whoever comes to Buffalo in the future. Julia is a very nice and informative host.

Really cute little home. Slept on the sofa bed which was extremely comfortable. The tv has lots of streaming platforms and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with necessities. There was also a dollar store and a shoppers down the street which was great for some late night snacks. Highly recommend TJ's place, we had a great stay!

Walking distance to everything you want to see. Safe community and the decor is very welcoming and relaxing. They are very attentive and wanting to make sure you feel at home. Thank you! Joshua's place is exactly as the listing describes. Spacious 3 bedroom cottage with private patio and fire table (and BBQ). All amenities provided as well as winery recommendations and wine tasting coupons. Joshua was very informative and friendly. This cottage is walkable to town...cafe, bars, restaurants, and a bakery. Close to many wineries and centrally located within the Niagara wine region. Loved this place and will be back again!

Rachel's home in Lincoln was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. As soon as I walked through the door I was mad at myself that I hadn't booked a few days there. The basement is not only clean and organized, but also has a great open-concept floor plan. I also really enjoyed having my parking spot right up against the front door. The property is beautiful and peaceful and backs up against some farmland which reminds me of home. Even though the property and house is shared with Rachel, you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Rachel recommends a lot of good options for restaurants and exploring. My favorite was RPM bakehouse and Bench Brewing. If you're looking for an upgraded, more elegant stay in the area, Rachel's house gives you a lot of room you can call home while you explore the endless wineries.

Hands down one of the best airbnb experiences. I wish we could have just moved in for good! Everything was spotlessly clean and absolutely pleasant. Typically i find lot airbnbs can be neat and tidy but often not perfectly clean (e.g. dusty or dirty dinnerware / cups) but not Nicole's place. It was also great to have a list of everything she already had (like salt & pepper, oil) so we knew how much to bring. Bonus was having a LOT of stuff to do in the yard. We spent most of the evening outside playing games!

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

Great place. Super communication with host. In day time you can walk down to the village which has brilliant food and drink spots. I'd recommend pre booking UBERs if you didn't drive, have access to a car or planning a night out, Ubers don't come super quick but they do come from Niagara Falls. Brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend it.

I stayed in this beautiful seaside apartment for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The view of the sea was absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the host was kind and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

The place is gorgeous, clean peaceful and at close proximity to everything. The hosts were easy to reach out to and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

Lovely space for longer stays. Had glass containers for food storage and kitchen items making it easy to feel at home. Great value for Oakville.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
