We would love to welcome you to stay in our peaceful and modern self-contained property set with 1.6 acres of meadow garden. The house has been designed to make the most of the natural light and surroundings. The property is adjacent to the main house, is completely detached, and is separated by a large courtyard ensuring guests have complete privacy. A perfect place to escape into nature, visit historic towns and villages, or base yourself to work remotely with easy access to central London.

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

The apartment is attached to our house with its own private entrance. It consists of a fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable, cosy bedroom and its own secluded patio. Located in a quiet Close, with footpath access to Amersham town centre with numerous shops and restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Old Amersham.

The Garden room, bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house Beverages, breakfast pack, towels and toiletries. are provided.

Parking spaces at the front and use of the pretty garden to the rear. Fantastic location on the edge of the Chilterns; good road and rail links to London and Oxford, close to the Thames, Windsor, Marlow, Cliveden, Hedsor House, Harry Potter Studios and Legoland. Plus there’s a pub next door!
