This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.

Hands down best beach property I have rented. From the cleanliness to the decor, I can’t explain how beautifully decorated this property is. So well equipped too for cooking to beach excursions. So close to the beach as well with ample parking if you don’t want to walk. My family adored the outdoor shower creating a line after beach trips! Sunsets are remarkable. Also, the Cape is a quick drive and Port Saint Joe is just over the bridge for all your grocery and dining needs. I can go on and on about our trip but you gotta go to experience it for yourself. Hands down five stars all the way with a perfect responsive host! I pray we can make it back as a family.

We loved staying at this townhome and we loved Mexico Beach! It was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. Veronika was extremely prompt on responses. We had two situations come up during the week and she handled them both very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

This listing was just as advertised! We had a great time and Beth was an outstanding host. The walk to the beach was short and the provided beach gear was an added bonus! The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and all the bathrooms were spotless! We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

Sarah’s condo is exactly as described. My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mexico Beach! We are there every summer and have all of our fav spots, but Sarah always had recommendations for great spots. The beds were comfy, the appliances and cookware were super nice (not the leftovers from someone’s home if you know what I mean). The condo was stocked with literally everything we could have needed. The beach gear was top notch!! The cart- I can never do without from now on. SO EASY to roll everything out to the beach without breaking your back! And a spot for everything right when you walk in- perfection. The pool was so nice and super clean the entire time. Accessibility from the condo was perfect, literally a 2 second walk. Perfect for us. Sarah was a wonderful host- super responsive! We cannot wait to get back down to Mexico Beach and will absolutely stay in Sarah’s condo again!

Tyler and Rachel were super accommodating, from a pristine home, to local recommendations and all the amenities included. Very nice place to stay. Short walk across the street to the beach. Home was very clean , spacious, opened windows and doors to a beautiful view of the ocean. Awesome little surprise was a small library! We had a very relaxing week. Hope to book again.
