Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bazas

Virginie's place just outside Saint Emilion is a beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by vines on this working winery. the cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities we need. It was lovely to sit outside, surrounded by vines on a sunny afternoon, with a wine, playing a game of Bocce ! This is a much better option than staying in Saint Emilion, which is less than a 5 min drive away Would highly recommend Virginie's place to enjoy a wonderful few days in Saint Emilion

Le logement est très charmant, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’environnement est calme, apaisant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine. L’hôte a été très disponible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés !

Great place for exploring the Dordogne countryside and surrounding areas. The house with a nice outdoor terrace with dining table and seating allowing us to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and to listen to the birdsong. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped and we lacked for nothing. We booked very late and Pauline was very helpful and accommodating of our requirements, and the communication was excellent with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go.

Accueil chaleureux de Thierry tout c’est passée comme prévue, nous avons également pu échanger sur divers sujets, ce qui est appréciable en tant que locataire Logement superbe , le lieu et les alentours sont incroyable paysage à couper le souffle Donc je recommande x100 RAS Au plaisir de revenir chez Thierry 👌🏽🙂

Séjour très agréable et reposant. La maison offre de grands espaces notamment les chambres très grandes. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, la maison reste fraîche et on dort très très bien. Jardin sublime qui permet d être au calme après les journées de visites et sorties sur les lieux touristiques. Sans compter le hamac et la table de tennis de ping pong qui enchanteront les enfants. Échanges très sympathiques avec Nadine qui est très arrangeante.

Excellent séjour à Romestaing. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de toutes les activités en famille (piscine, fléchettes, pétanque, volley, jeux de société). L'endroit est très paisible et permet une totale déconnexion avec le quotidien. La maison est joliment aménagée, grande et de qualité. Merci à Vital et Marthe pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Our stay at Le Favreau was wonderfully relaxing - the surroundings, the pool, the spaciousness and character of the house and the warm welcome from Pascal all made it into a holiday to remember. The pool was a great hit with the whole family - from oldies to the two year olds. The local wildlife - frogs, coipyu, woodpeckers, bats, etc added another dimension that we hadn't expected. The peace and magic of the house and its surroundings reminded me of Le Domaine Perdu in Alain Fournier's Grand Meaulnes. I would love to go back there one day.

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement familiale, coloré et chaleureuse de Marianne. Etant en plein centre, nous avons découvert la belle ville de Bordeaux à pied en profitant des multiples terrasses et restaurants. L'appartement est grand, traversant, ancien, et a beaucoup de charme avec ses vieux parquets qui grincent . Nous étions 4 adultes nous avons trouvé les lits de très bonne qualité. La salle de bain et la cuisine ont vécu, mais cela nous a vraiment pas dérangé. L'accès depuis l'aéroport en ligne A, vous emmène en 40 minutes, en ligne directe, littéralement devant la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Appartement à recommander vivement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le chalet est très agréable et tout confort petit plus pour la clim avec ces grosses chaleurs (surtout avec un bébé) ! Nous étions idéalement bien placés. Merci à Solenne pour sa disponibilité! Je recommande.

This is a great apartment in the centre of Bordeaux within walking distance of the old parts of town and also near the river where there is a good tram route to some of the major interesting places. We loved the home feel of the place and the sound proofing was great, so that it was quiet despite being on a major road. It never felt too hot even though we had pretty high temperatures while we were there. Bertrand was great with communication and suggestions. All very easy and comfortable. We would definitely return here.

This is the second time we have stayed at Loustalet. Need I say more? Extremely comfortable home, everything we needed for a family holiday. Nightingales sang in the woods, buzzards and kites soared above us and we were visited by hares and deer in the garden. The house is well situated for what we needed in Castillion la Bataille and close enough to enjoy Saint Emilion and Libourne. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful yet respected our privacy and we are surely to return again.

Wonderful home in the small charming town of Monségur. Host was easy to communicate with and attentive. Nice kitchen allowing us to cook one evening. Home exactly as described.

Chateau Des Reves exceeded our expectations in every way! Nestled in the heart of a stunning vineyard, this 2-story retreat offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The backyard's swimming pool and breathtaking views of the grapevines were absolute heaven. The thoughtful gesture of placing a complimentary wine bottle added a lovely personal touch. Located just 15 minutes from Libourne's busy streets, Chateau Des Reves provided the ideal balance of peace and accessibility. Prompt Responsiveness of the host was another plus point. This is a place I would recommend to all holidayers seeking peace and tranquility. May be the price could be a tad lower to make it even more attractive. Overall a great experience.

Nous avons passé un court séjour chez Pierre mais il fût réussi. Le logement est agréable et nous y avons bien dormi. Pierre a été réceptif à notre demande d'arrivée tardive à cause des gros bouchons rencontrés sur l'autoroute vendredi soir, veille de week-end prolongé. Juste un petit bémol, nous n'avons communiqué que via le site airbnb, heureusement téléchargé sur le téléphone, ce qui n'est pas hyper simple quand on n'a pas d'alertes comme moi. Il faut chaque fois se connecter à la boite mail ou au site airbnb. Je regrette un peu que Pierre ne m'ait pas donné son numéro de portable, cela aurait été plus simple et plus convivial. Depuis mes nombreuses locations airbnb c'est la première fois. J'ai été un peu surprise que ma demande de numéro de téléphone soit restée sans réponse. Nous sommes arrivés tard et repartis tôt le surlendemain et n'avons eu aucun contact direct, dommage.

This is one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing, and the garden/ pool area is perfect for children of all ages. There are lots of lovely vineyards, markets and villages to visit within a 30 minute drive. Lovely cycling, walking and running right on the door step. The house itself is better than photographed, it is very spacious, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen for cooking for large groups. Hosts were responsive throughout to any questions.

Great place to stay - lots of garden around the house to relax in and fabulous pool. Beautiful surroundings and good base for exploring the Dordogne. Tim and Nathalie were great hosts and we enjoyed the buffet on our arrival and the pizzas later in the week.
