Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bayraklı

Burayı kiralamadan önce yorumları okurken herkesin Mustafa Bey’i methettiğini okudum ve merakta ettim. İlk giriş esnasında kendisine de herkes sizden bahsetmiş çok güzel yorumlar var dedim. Gerçekten yazılanların çok daha fazlası olduğunu gördüm. Bu kadar yardımcı olan, kibar, naif ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi görmedim. Her telefonumuzu açtı, her talebimize destek verdi, hatta vapura binicez dediğimde bana çıkardı izmirkartını verdi. Yani gerçekten gidip kaldığınızda anlayacaksınız. Ev zaten geniş aileler için 3 yatak odası ile muazzam bir ev. Arkada bir bahçesi de var. Ama evden daha güzeli Mustafa Bey’i tanımaktı. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nerden başlamalıyım, hangisini anlatmalıyım bilmiyorum ama kısaca şunu söyleyebilirim ailem ve benim için harika bir deneyimdi. Nily son derece ilgili, tüm merak ettiklerinize son derece hızlı yanıt veren yani dört dörtlük bir ev sahibiydi :) Evi ise kesinlikle kelimelerle anlatamam. Sanki zamanda geriye gittik ama bu yolculukta bugünden sevdiğimiz yeni şeyler de bizimle geldi. Dünün ve bugünün muhteşem karışımı. İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey evin içerisinde ve çevresinde fazlasıyla mevcut. Hele ki o arka bahçesi gerçekten bütün yorgunluğunuzu alacak buna emin olabilirsiniz :) Ayrıca ev konum olarak da birçok yere yakın ve ulaşım noktasında hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Özetle kendi evinize bile geri dönmek istemeyeceğiniz kadar güzel bir deneyim yaşamak istiyorsanız hiç düşünmemelisiniz. En kısa sürede yeniden görüşmek üzere :)

Rumeysa is a super host! Super lovely and admirable as well. The house is so tastefully decorated with small details you can spend hours to discover. There is absolutely everything you’ll ever need at this house. Thank you so much Rumeysa for making my reunion with my family so enjoyable. Everybody loved your house and appreciated your kindness ♥️

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

Kucukpark zateb izmirde nereye giderseniz gidin kalabileceginiz en iyi muhit. utude sorun cikinca ki soyledigimizde cok gec bir saaatti ce sabah biz uyanmadan yepyeni bir utu kapimiza birakilmisti. Cidden izmirde konaklayacaksaniz kalabileceginiz ev guzel evlerden ve en guleryuzlu ilgili ev sahibiydi. Kendilerine tekrardan cok tesekkur ediyorum.

Ho soggiornato.diverse volte nell'alloggio di Zeki e mi sono sempre.trovata bene. Qualsiasi piccolo problema si sia verificato ha trovato.facile soluzione per la gentilezza e la pronta.risposta di questo host. L'unico neo,.diciamo.così,. è la pendenza notevole della strada per raggiungere la casa, se non si vuole prendere un taxi,con i bagagli può essere molto faticoso. Bisogna quindi bilanciare, secondo il budget disponibile, se ricorrere al taxi o no. Per il resto, consigliatissimo

Daire tertemizdi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Geceleri balkonda ve içeride daha rahat edebilmek için, misafirlerce, sivrisineklere karşı tedbir alınması gerekecektir. Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Mohammad was very helpful. He welcomed us in the mid-night during check-in and was always ready to help. We felt ourselves at home. A great place to stay with a family. The view from the balcony was a huge bonus! We enjoyed our stay!

イズミルの繁華街に近いロケーションで、非常に観光し易すかった。 部屋は清潔で、設備は充実しており、滞在中に不便を感じることもなかった。 ホストのDoaさんも非常に親切で質問は10分以内に回答があり、何一つ困ることなく滞在できた。

Ev sahibimiz çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Elinde olmayan sebeplerden yaşamış olduğumuz problemi bile hızlıca çözmek için gerekli ilgiyi gösterdi. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde de muhakkak iletişime geçeceğim kendisiyle.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik, saygılı biriydi. Daire tertemizdi, her şey hazır ve eksiksizdi. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi ve dairenin kendisi de çok şık ve etkileyiciydi. Sadece bir gün kaldık ama bu kısa zamanı bile çok beğendik ve keyifle geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.
