Holiday rentals with beach access in Bayraklı

We really enjoyed staying in Emil place. Their place is very clean and lovely. She and her husband were very kind; the left us cookie and also brought us some delicious Turkish food. We also loved their restaurants recommendations. Hope to go back there someday.

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

A great place in a central location. Despite being on the main street, the bedrooms were quiet and pleasant.

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

Mr. Burak is very friendly. He is helpful and kind. The location of the house is close to the stops, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We encountered a house as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. It had all the supplies and spares. Just due to the building, the sound insulation is a little insufficient. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

The house is so cute! Furnished in the smallest details with excellent taste, everything works and above all nothing is missing! Equipped with everything from an iron to a kettle, there's even a shoehorn. The host was very kind and responded immediately to any request. The house is at the top of a hill and can be tiring for those suffering from arthritis or heart disease, but you can still reach it by car. Otherwise, the location is excellent, you cross and you are on the waterfront, perhaps reaching Konak Square in 15 minutes on foot or even less by bike. Close to home market, restaurants, bars... I highly recommend this bnb😊

brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. The location was good because it was close to places to go in Izmir. Although the house was old, it was very clean and tidy. The host answered every question in no time. If you don't have a car, it may be a little difficult to get to the house, which is close to the historical elevator in the mansion. Otherwise, we had a very nice holiday.

Thanks to our caring wonderful hosts, we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Cleanliness was great. Since it is centrally located, our access to the city center and Urla was very comfortable.
