Small house

House in the city center. It is in one of the oldest settlements of Izmir. There are many historical buildings and museums in the surrounding area. It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.

Sweet House in The City Center

Hello, Transportation vehicles are very close from our centrally located house. These are buses, trams and ferries. Places where you can find bakeries, grocery stores, markets and butchers are only 5 minutes away. You can walk to important touristic places such as Kemeraltı, Historical Elevator and Clock Tower in 15 minutes. You can reach Alsancak and Göztepe by walking to Karataş beach in 6-7 minutes and taking the tram. Please check the house rules for more information and preparation.

Iconic Stone House 1

This private one story house reflects the traditional housing of the the area built in the beginning of the Century by the Tatarian people who migrated from Crimea. The house is restored with taste for a comfortable stay but at the same time reflects the traditiadional details. The house has a terrace where you can sit and work with a stunning view of the izmir bay and İzmir city. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Bazaar.
