Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

My parents and brother stayed at Anna Maria's apartment for a few days and it was perfect for them. The place looked just like the pictures. The check-in was easy and without any problems. My parents even had to stay a bit later than the check-out because they needed help bringing their luggage down the stairs, but the cleaning team was kind to them and let them stay a bit longer. Overall, I would recommend staying.

We liked the 5 days in Eike's apartment very much, every morning over the jetty into the fresh fjord water. When it's colder, heat up the sauna and enjoy the unique view while sweating. Eike is a very nice host and everything is very straightforward, so you really feel at home. Thank you for the beautiful, sunny days.

This property is a small paradise right on the fjord – with a private access to the water that invites you to ice bathing, especially in the winter time. The entire residential complex is not only architecturally beautifully embedded, but also exudes a special warmth and comfort inside. Everything is well-equipped, thoughtfully decorated and perfectly maintained – a blend of Nordic coziness and stylish exclusivity. A place to forget the stress of the rest of the world. We were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was very high quality and the grounds an absolute dream. There were even farm products to buy. We would come here again and again and would have liked to have had more time. In summer, the apartment could get hot, so evening ventilation is necessary.

This apartment is a gem! Top location, great amenities, very quiet, super clean. The contact with Anne was easy, she responds very quickly and is totally uncomplicated. I'd love to come back!

The location of the apartment is very central. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner. The beach is also very easy to reach. The parking lot is right outside the door. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We were particularly pleased that we were able to accommodate our e-bikes in a lockable basement room.

A very nice, cozily furnished and quietly located apartment with everything you need. It is very well described and explains itself. The location of the apartment is great! Public transport was a 5 minute walk away. Easy to recommend!

Indrani and Georg's place is wonderful! It is well-designed, quiet, and in a fabulous location in Kiel. And they are amazing hosts! They were very responsive and had great suggestions.

Our stay was really wonderful! The apartment has far exceeded our expectations – the pictures just don't do it justice. It is not only very nice, but also extremely luxuriously furnished. The location is excellent and could not be better. A note for future guests: There are 35 steps to the apartment and no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know if you're limited in your mobility. The communication could have been better, but this didn't affect the great stay. Our personal highlight was the huge jacuzzi and the incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! We definitely recommend the apartment!

We were traveling in Flensburg for work and felt at home. The apartment is really nice and leaves nothing to be desired. Contact with the host was hassle-free. He got back to me right after booking. Due to the location in the courtyard, it is very quiet. The large bathroom is again the icing on the cake to the otherwise fantastic apartment. We will be happy to come back!

We have 100% enjoyed our stay. The apartment, as well as the grounds, are fantastic. The sea is next door and we felt completely comfortable. A special highlight was the small sauna area on the terrain! Thank you and see you soon!

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

The place was beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the easy to use and high-quality sauna through the on-site instructions, as well as the hot tub, which give the holiday a luxurious touch. The place was very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and large (1.80m). Check-in is contactless and easy. The area is quiet, but if you are mobile, surrounding cities are very good and can be reached in a short time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
