Tato rekreační oblast je vhodná pro pěší výlety, cykloturistiku a lyžování. Objekt je nově zrekonstruován a plně vybaven. K dispozici je velká zahrada s pergolou a ohništěm. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Ab 1.4.25 haben wir die " Gästekarte mobil" damit können alle Busverbindungen und Fähre kostenlos genutzt werden. Für Hunde ideal - 1000m2 eingezäunt.
