We had the best time at this villa! Everything about it was just perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with such great taste in decor—it feels cozy, stylish, and really well thought-out. You can tell a lot of care went into the layout, because everything just flows and works so well, whether you’re chilling in the living room, cooking together in the kitchen, or lounging outside. The bathrooms were a real highlight too—modern, clean, and super comfortable, with great water pressure (which is always a bonus!). We especially loved how each room had its own vibe while still keeping that cohesive, laid-back luxury feel. Breakfasts were a dream—fresh, tasty, and the perfect way to start the day. We had a wonderful one-night stay at Tisya's Guest House in Nusa Penida! The room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea-facing view that made our stay truly memorable. The homemade breakfast was fresh, simple, and felt just like home — a perfect way to start the day. Tisya is an incredibly kind and attentive host who made sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. For the price she charges, the comfort and care offered are truly exceptional and well worth it. While the guesthouse is a bit away from the main market, the peaceful surroundings and warm atmosphere more than make up for it. We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. We really fell in love with this beautiful villa! Everything is there to charm you: a beautiful room overlooking a pool and a breathtaking view of the rice field. This experience in the middle of nature allows you to completely disconnect, to get away from the crowds and traffic of Ubud. Even if it's not in the center, there are plenty of great places, especially restaurants and spas, in the surrounding area. A little extra for Shesha, Kadek's sister, who was really lovely to us. Very accommodating and always smiling, it was a real pleasure when she came to bring us breakfast. Our communication was also perfect with Kadek before our arrival. Hosts also offer us services such as airport transfers or scooter rentals, which is very much appreciated. We will definitely come back if we are in Bali again!

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

The property is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful, with a view of rice fields all around. For people who want a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Dont look any further. Mr. Ngakan was super-helpful - got us whatever we needed, including local transport, helped us plan for sightseeing. His wife made us a delicious dinner spread. The breakfast that was included in the package was awesome as well. Probably one of my best airbnb experiences. 10 on 10.

We had a wonderful stay! The decor is spectacular and the home smelt beautiful! It was absolutely stunning! Completely seperate to the villa itself. The only thing to be mindful of is the street is quite dark at night and there is a few protective dogs in the area.

We had a wonderful week, celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The villa was very well located: a short walk to a large supermarket, shopping, restaurants and great massages. It’s a hidden oasis! Komang and Gede were sooooo friendly and helpful: their daily breakfasts were very yummy and very filling: we didn’t go hungry! They ensured our rooms and the living spaces of the villa were always clean. It was great to chat with them too, about local culture and their families. They were absolutely full of smiles and appreciated a good laugh. Komang has a lovely, cheeky sense of humour. We’re so glad that we booked this villa for our holiday. Would definitely recommend.

We had an exceptional stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with great kindness and special attention throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The view of the rice fields is simply breathtaking — a true haven of peace, with no noise in the surroundings, making the experience even more relaxing. Our hosts were extremely attentive, always ready to help meet our needs, even with last-minute requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: just a 25 minute scooter ride from Ubud, yet far enough removed to enjoy a peaceful and authentic environment. The access is easy, which is a real plus. The free breakfast was delicious and we paid extra to enjoy the beautifully decorated floating breakfast. We recommend this accommodation 200%, whether for a short or long stay. What can I say about Sunset Sala? Except beautiful beautiful beautiful. Anyone who rubbishes this place needs to have their head red. The people who run. It are the absolute salt of the Earth beautiful down to earth caring and nurturing people. You will find anywhere on the planet. This is my fifth return to this place in about 15 years and I will always come back. It has never changed except just improved. These treat you people like family and will always have a special place in my heart.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous room and really lovely staff. We loved the hammock and the net platform area, which the staff supplied a doona for and it really extended the outdoor living area. Food was good and not overly expensive (there’s nowhere else to go nearby) with a choice of room service or restaurant dining. The hot stone massage was outstanding!

I stayed with Nyoman and his family for nearly 3 weeks. My stay was fantastic in every way. The villa was very comfortable, really clean and a stones throw from the oceon. The villa location was in front of Nyomans family compound and so provided a wonderful opportunity to learn about local village life and also an incredibly peaceful, secluded space as required. Nyoman has been instrumental in the local coral regeneration program and of course fishes. Opportunities to snorkel or scuba dive, go out fishing and or see dolphins AND learn about coral regeneration abound. I loved my experiences of all of it! The village also makes salt traditionally along the shore line. Made, Nyomans wife, is a wonderful cook and works at the local cooking school. There is a warung /restaurant 3 minutes walk away offering great vegetarian and vegan options. A perfect stay with an authentic, caring, wonderful family in every way and highly recommended. A fantastic villa in an excellent location close to eat street and the Coco supermarket. The villas were updated and extremely well maintained and the staff of Krisna and Ayu were amazing at preparing our breakfast when requested and attending to other requests. There are excellent amenities for children with high chairs, a pool fence (additional cost) and plastic utensils - the added touches which matter! I highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants a luxurious and peaceful escape in Seminyak - but still close to the action. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Bali!

I stayed with my partner and three kids and we had our own space the whole time in this villa, we never felt squished in. Great location walking to restaurants and beach clubs, extremly clean villa. Had a great few nights here chilling in the pool and going out for meals locally. Loved our stay, will stay again for sure now we now how easy it is to get here and just relax.

Realllllllllllly awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our time immensely. Ketut was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a super late flight and she made sure she was available for us on arrival which I we were so grateful for. Breakfast daily was yummy! She also arranged a traditional Balinese massage for my husband in the room and it was INCREDIBLE! Highly highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay with Indra. He was a great host and extremely responsive whenever we reached out. Accommodation was simple and clean. Just for others’ reference- there aren’t any security guards (just lock the gate at night) and there isn’t daily room servicing/ cleaning which is fine given the affordable price. There are a few restaurants nearby (japanese) but to get to where more of the shopping/ restaurants are I’d recommend getting a car (or bike in peak hours). Thanks for a great stay Indra.

Nyoman has been a fantastic Host, he and his family were willing to help at anytime even with the luggage! The lady who brings the breakfast was always very friendly and helpful smiling all time. The surrounding area is really very good with everything you need just a few meters like money change, renting a bike or even a Laundry shop! I recommend to rent a bike from the Nyoman’s brother who is just next door and discover Ubud and surrounding area. I have really no negative points at all. Everything was perfect and exactly like the photos! Definitely gonna book it again or recommend it to other friends.

You might find an equally good villa in the neighbourhood, but no way are you going to find a better staff than Kadek and her team. We didnt give many instructions about the food we wanted to eat and got blown away every single day. Coming home to Kadeks dinner from a beautiful yet exhausting trip was my daily highlight. The garden is well taken care of, the litter on the beach gets cleared daily and rooms/house are constantly being cleaned aswell. The only negative you may face, is that you might struggle with motivation to leave the villa for trips, when paradise is right at your doorstep :P Jokes aside you should really do the dolphin tour in lovina and ask Kadek about her delicious rendang and the fish in banana leaves! Yuli and Daniel have the most gorgeous space at Rumah Laplapan and it felt like such a breath of fresh air once we arrived. The views, the ducks, the peace, it's truly something you can't put a price on. As Bali tourism increases, finding hidden gems like this where you can truly escape the noise is so rare. We appreciated the kindness and care of Yuli, Wayan, and Daniel at every step and highly recommend this place as a week-long escape or romantic couple's getaway for a seasoned traveler. And don't miss out on the Crispy Chicken Waffle at Mango Cafe across the street! 5-star stay all around! We'll be back!

The villa was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. The staff was beyond kind, helpful and always ready to provide what we needed. We were planning to stay at a different villa for a few day as well but once we went to the other villa I didn't feel comfortable and we were lucky that we were able to come back to this villa. The host was very responsive and we were able to rebook this place and come back very quickly. That was a big relief for me. The staff was so kind and so ready to have us back that it made the whole process very easy and welcoming. We loved the staff at this Villa. There are plenty of things to do a short distance from the villa (dolphin watching, water falls, ATVs, etc..) and the staff can arrange everything. Thank you Kadek, Komang, Made, Putu and Ketut. Without your undeniable dedication and kindness our vacation wouldn't have been the same. If we ever return to Bali/Lovina we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your kindness.

Summer Moon is heaven on earth. The villa is well appointed, spacious, and the decor is simply beautiful. The hosts and staff are professional, friendly, kind, helpful and amazing in every way, providing us with the full Bali welcoming and experience. The Summer Moon team responded promptly throughout our stay. We were celebrating a special occasion and they made it even that more special. Meals prepared at the villa were prepared with high quality ingredients by experienced chefs that presented beautiful and delicious Indonesian food prepared with love and care. Nyoman, our driver, was so kind, helpful and the best driver to drive us to beautiful restaurants, attractions and shops. He took us to places we would have never known about. He was a pleasure to talk with about his culture and life in Bali. Spending the day with him was extra special.
