House holiday rentals in Batu Caves

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Great location, very easy check-in, and very responsive host. We stayed during Lunar New Year and the host was still very responsive on messages, which we really appreciate. House was very nice and clean, and had everything we need. There's an ensuite bathroom in every room and a few of the rooms upstairs have bunkbeds, so it's perfect for large families with kids (we had 9 adults and 4 kids). The house was also very cooling - great ventilation (we stayed in Jan and didn't need A/C). The only comment from my dad was that the chairs/surfaces are very hard (the design is very concrete/industrial), so some cushions to sit on for older people would be nice. There's a male caretaker who stays on the 2nd floor and he's very helpful with what you need for the stay. He tries his best to keep out of guests' way - but if you need anything you can just WA him/the host and he'll promptly help. Location was also great - very close to the malls/eateries in Bangsar. Would recommend!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities! We had a fantastic experience staying at this unit! The place was spotless and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were top-notch. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus—having the ability to do laundry during our stay was so convenient and really helped us out! The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and unwind, offering breathtaking views. It was so relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery—truly a peaceful escape. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay 🤍 clean space, well maintained, beautiful decoration, and most importantly responsive and communicative host. Area also nice - near to the central area. Recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The apart is just like the pictures and it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money to stay here. The location is excellent, with Bukit Bintanh at walking distance.

Sue's place is amazing, very well maintained, spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Close to big mall and donki2 is just a few minute walk. I would really recommend this place.

The apartment was very comfortable, the AC worked great. The water heater had some issues but the hosts gots that repaired quickly. One thing to note is that the TV can only play YouTube and you cannot get Netflix or other streaming services to work. The furniture is comfortable and good closet space. Great location and easily walkable to Jalan Alor food street and Pavilion mall.

Comfortable stay, great location for shopping because it is in the Sunway pyramid mall. However, it’s very noisy sound from Sunway Lagoon during daytime if u plan to get a rest during daytime.

A very cozy house to stay

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Samantha’s place is clean, spacious and comfortable for a family. The bathroom toiletries and fresh thick towels are a great welcome. Very comfortable bedding set and mattresses. Very near to mid valley mall. Walkable distance to train station Seputih, 7-11 store and a small minimart. What you see in the picture she posted is what you will get. Thank you, Samantha. I was using the place for my wedding, place is good and spacious for me to host about 70 guests in morning tea ceremony. Thanks for renting the space and giving me a beautiful memories.

Worth every penny!!! Me and my family were sooo amazed at how well the place was managed, when we entered, we felt right at home and so welcomed with air conditioning already turned on and tv playing soft piano music. The place was clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much host, we really really enjoyed our stay!!

I came here with my family with 3 kids and my friends family with 2 kids. this unit got 4 rooms , and kids friendly. the pool satisfied my kids the whole 3 days of our stay. we had a good bbq at night and the kitchen is good to cook. (just please bring your food). got water filter also, easy to dehydrate,no need to bring water. and they have helper in case we need anything. tbh, this place suitable for medium size family gathering. Kampung environment. will definitely come back.

This is a best place I have seen yet in Malaysia, I loved every moment I sent there , and will always come here whenever I’m in Malaysia

This time, I was traveling for business, so KK helped a lot in this way, letting me check in early, preparing snacks, and providing a dining place. 5-7min walk to dine in the surrounding area. Chinese/Malay/Indian/Western food is available, very convenient

All okay just shower water pressure a bit slow. 9/10 🫶🏻
