Thank you for the chance to stay at your great Chelsea flat. The location was terrific for shopping, transit, and just walking around. The flat was clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and well-described. The nearby pub was fun and had great food. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to spend time in London and would consider staying there again.

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

We loved it. The location was great for everything we wanted, lovely riverside runs, great yoga studio within walking distance and easy links to central London on the buses. Bike station right outside the apartment. The flat itself was spacious and beautifully clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony on the river was lovely for both morning coffee and evening drinks. The car space was secure and a real bonus for us. Ian was a fabulous host, very accommodating with both arrival and departure times and very helpful to me when my sat nav froze and I got a little lost. I would absolutely love to stay at this apartment again and can highly recommend it.

I've been wanting to find a peaceful affordable private garden home to unwind and stumbled across this cute gem. The backyard is completely fenced in and the peaceful morning sounds was everything I needed. Very comfortable bed

The house is spacious and well organized, it matches the description. Clapham Junction station is close and easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is quiet and the residential area. Sophie was available for our requests and responded promptly to our questions. We were two families (9 people in all), the house was adequate and comfortable and the stay was very pleasant.

Really enjoyable stay in a lovely area of London. The living area and kitchen was a great social space for the 6 of us. Catherine is very friendly and quick to respond, would definitely stay again!

What a gorgeous location! Right on the Thames, absolutely lovely views including swans, across from a park like setting there were numerous places inside and out to relax and soak it all in. It was fun to see the rowing teams going by and the people enjoying a boat outing. The beds weee very comfortable! The decor was charming - we felt so at home! Thank you for a great stay!

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay , it’s warm, spacious , comfortable and has everything you need. So great to be across the road from a big park to escape the busy London vibe. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. They made our stay which was under difficult circumstances, very easy and we felt truly supported. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for all the support you provided throughout the entire process. The apartment’s location is fantastic—very close to two different tube stations. What I loved most was its proximity to Hyde Park. If you enjoy walking, you can easily add a short stroll through the park to your daily routine :) It’s situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, yet still close to lovely cafés and restaurants. In this neighborhood, you don’t feel like a tourist but more like a local, truly immersing yourself in the spirit of the city. I’m already looking forward to staying in this apartment again. I stayed here on a vacation trip to London. Yaa could not have been more friendly. She always responded immediately to any questions prior to my arrival. She even reached out to ask what type of water, milk, and wine I preferred so she could ensure things were available prior to my arrival. The place was very nice. Clean, well designed, and quiet. Very walkable to the Underground. Note, the description is accurate when it says it is on an upper floor. And when you overpack like I do, you may have trouble getting up the stairs. (Completely my fault for packing too much, and it was clearly noted in the description.) If I am ever in London again, I would happily stay here again!

Theodoros was an amazing host, helped me with all my needs, had a cleaner refresh the flat for me, and the house is simply amazing. Really beautiful inside and out with some amazing art works on the walls! The house is close to some amazing parks and you can go anywhere with all the bus stops around! Perfect location for a nice rest but close to everything at the same time, definitely recommend!!

Our original Airbnb rental cancelled on us the day we were scheduled to rent it! We were absolutely panicked but I quickly found Hugh's place on Airbnb and was so impressed with it by the pictures and description I immediately requested a booking. Within half an hour we had secured the booking and by 5pm we were checking in which was very easy. We get inside and were so relieved it looked just as the pictures and was clean as a whistle. The bed was a very comfortable king size, with crisp, white bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom with lots of spare rowels and even had a little "kit" with bandaids, aspirin etc in it. Lovely touch. The kitchen was small but we werent cooking a turkey! Perfect for our needs. They were quick to recommend grocery stores, restaurants and pubs in the area and responded very quickly every time we needed them. Would absolutely recommend their lovely little flat.
