Quiet secluded vacation/hunting camp on 20 acres in Pocahontas County Wv. Family camp since the 70’s. A true camping experience with comfort. No cell service in area due to Greenbank Observatory’s regulations. 3 small bedrooms, Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. Tons of trout fishing close by , skiing, hunting, hiking and immediate wilderness access on the property. No other houses within a quarter mile! Great place to decompress and have some fun. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.

This was such a perfect, peaceful spot! We were in for the Jackson Scenic River Trail Marathon and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The trail was a short drive away, so it was very convenient. The cabin had a relaxing patio, and we enjoyed the scenery outside under the roof while it rained. Gorgeous! Thanks for having us!

Pam and Gary are wonderful hosts.. they have a cute little cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. we were able to go to the Omni homestead natural springs and other activities in the area.

The Tannery! Dipping Pool! Pet Friendly!

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.

Very private, good location for accessing the town of Hot Springs, though our visit was on an exceptionally hot weekend, the two air conditioners did the trick. The kitchen was compact but very functional, everything clean, and plenty of good ice! this visit was good for us.

A short stay at The Treehouse gave us just the break we needed! Ramona's prompt communication, instructions, recommendations, and just the thoughtfulness in little things around the house made the stay all the more relaxing. The location needed some specific steps which Ramona/Chip had conveyed perfectly. You'll feel like you're away from the world, and have everything you need to be away from the world! The town of Lexington is close by - with excellent recommendations from the hosts for food and drinks. The house itself is charming, with ample light and beautiful views. Everything from the wall art to the guidebook spoke of the hosts thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We will definitely be back during the fall season to experience the beauty of the place all over again, in a new way!

This was a perfect place to stop and rest/explore on a long road trip. The home was beautiful inside and out. The beds and furniture were all clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, even flashlights and emergency basket for when we arrived and the power was out. Our host was extremely responsive amidst the power outage (something you don’t plan for or experience often for airbnbs!) but all worked out. It was perfect for our family with small kids. We loved sitting on the porch and looking for deer and other wildlife. Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope we can visit again sometime!
