Staff are very polite and helpful. Simple but clean room n bath. Near good restaurants. Accessible place to Nagoya.

Even though its a small space (because its a capsule hotel) it was really comfortable, there is water and refreshments provided daily and the place was sparkling clean, there was no fear of roaches or pests and I could sleep comfortably. The tv with netflix was also a nice touch and kinda rare to find in many hotels.

My stay at Cube (Kampong Glam, near Haji Lane) was fantastic. The atmosphere was excellent and felt very safe. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was very well-managed. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was amazing. Plus, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

Had a great stay! The space was clean, compact, and perfect for a solo traveler. Easy walking distance to the convention center, which was ideal for my conference. Great location, smooth check-in, and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place with affordable price, 10 minutes walk to Orchard road. My only complaints were the aircon wind is blowing directly to the bed, also the bed’s spring is too springy. Aside from that, it was quite a perfect place to stay. It was spacious, they provide everything we need from towel, hairdryer, microwave, induction stove, mini fridge, bowls and mugs, oh and they also have Netflix! 👍

The place has everything we need for a quick stay. Rooms may be small compared to what I imagined but they had a lot of amenities needed for a family of 5. Minimal walking distance bus stops and MRT entrances. Would not mind staying here again if we visit Singapore.

Great stay at a highly competitive rate compared to other platforms! Friendly and fast check in with no waiting. I got a surprise upgrade a check in and the room was very comfortable! I really liked the water filter in the room - great eco-friendly and convenient feature! Wifi was fast and supported both zoom calls and streaming. The location can't be beat, right in the main shopping district in Singapore and surrounded by great food options. There is even a large grocery store in the same building as the hotel for snacks and in case you forget to bring any toiletries. Easy access for ride hailing/taxis and public transport with proximity to many embassies and consulates. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommended!

Best staying!

I had a great stay at the NuVe Urbane Lavender, which was walking distance from the MRT (train) and easily accessible by ride hailing. From the check in with the friendly front desk staff (and adorable how to order local coffee and speak Singlish postcards) to the free mini bar in the room, the stay was convenient and value for money in a neighborhood that is stuffed full of great dining options from local hawker centers to lots of affordable restaurants. There is even a pub downstairs that is in the same building but not affiliated with the hotel. The room was bigger than I expected and I really enjoyed the pool area with the terrace, which was never crowded. Wifi was fast and supported streaming and zoom calls. Next time I may upgrade and book a pool access room!

My girlfriend and I had such a great time staying at Heritage Collection! The place was so cozy, stylish, and super comfortable. We especially loved how clean and well-equipped everything was. The host was amazing, super friendly, and gave us great tips to ensure that our stay would be excellent. And it was! The location was ideal too—close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night. We really felt like we could relax and enjoy our time together. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Singapore!

The pool is huge and stunning, the rooms are spotless, and it’s totally perfect for snapping those Ins-worthy pics—don’t miss out!

Amazing swimming pool and bar, location is also excellent. I would just have liked more dining options, but I guess given the location in Orchard Road is not that much needed

Great place Middle of Chinatown. 10 metres from Train exit. Clean and responsive host, steep access stairs but no surprises. Make sure to follow all electronic check in instructions prior to arriving. Would stay there again

Extremely clean, cozy beds. Great location, good service by hotel staff. Alot of activities to do near by. felt like home.
