We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, with an indoor playground at the shopping mall just downstairs and swimming pool that our kids enjoyed. It's about a 15-minute drive from Nagoya, so while not as lively as Nagoya area, it’s quiet and restful—great for a short getaway. The unit was generally clean. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor often stayed wet due to backflow from the floor trap, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, there was no hair dryer in the unit, but the host was very responsive and offered to send one over when we asked—really appreciated that. Overall, a comfortable stay with a responsive host. Would recommend for those who prefer a quieter location not too far from the main attractions.

We had a great stay during our trip to Batam, the rooms are clean which have a double and single with an extra mattress which accommodated for 4 people. I really like that there are many cabinets and console tables there, also in the bathroom, so that i can put many stuff without having to put on the floor. View to the city and sea are great, which during the hari raya, we can see people gathering and many activities at the padang. Towels are clean and got extra, so we can bring to swimming pool. You just need to adjust with the time, the swimming pool gets crowded in the afternoon. Kitchen drawer and cabinet need to be cleaned though, i think the cleaning service skip that. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

Everything was so great. Cleanliness, equipment, facilities.. but maybe can be improved to add iron, microwave and etc… but overall.. it’s a great Hospitality… Recommended. Thank you

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

really worth it. everything is excellent for the money we pay. the amenities they provide is 200% better than competitors at that price. watch out carefully for the amenities section of the competitors compared to royal suites. royal suites is unmatchable. they give you the best.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was provided including shampoo, toothpaste, mineral water and etc. They came straight away to us when we raised an issue and apologise when it’s not their fault too. The room is beyond our expectations, there is no issue with fridge and aircon, feels like we are in cold country. Will definetly come back for our next staycay. Thank you Kiramli and team! 🙏🏻

Definitely worth the money as the apartment is super spacious . Master bedroom have bathtub !! Living room is super spacious . Everything was all good . Just that Host needs to add wifi in the apartment as it would be hard for tourists who doesnt want to get a simcard :/ But definitely worth every penny ! No regrets . Would definitely recommend this apartment . Host & agent is super responsive ! Would definitely come back in the future .
