good value for money. place is clean, organized. caretakers are friendly, and masarap magluto. :) we had a slight problem lang on the way to the place because the pin is not pointing to the front gate of the hotel. better use google map and search for Hotel name directly.

Good place to unwind. Room is cold and clean. Property is beachfront with a nice pool. Location is walking distance to Pawikan Conservation Center. Host and staff are very accomodating. They helped with our food orders for dinner and provide drinking water. Just noting that there is a narrow road/steep end of a bridge, but overall the place is great. 😊

We celebrated my best friend’s 30th birthday here! We love that staffs are all friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are exactly as what is posted and a plus because the host is very responsive. Breakfast for 2 is provided 🤍 Since the building is renovating, you can slightly here some construction works, but won’t bother your stay at all. I wish for them to continue renovating the place and transition to a better lock system like having keycards, etc. Thank you!

Ms Marlene, the Host, w is such a genuinely polite and friendly person. I appreciated how responsive, and nice she is whenever she answered my inquiries. She went above and beyond when she set up an inflatable slide and lent us extra cute swimming floaters because she learned we would be celebrating my baby's birthday. She also surprised us with Shein giveaways. The resort was clean. Our room was especially pristine clean and smelled nice. Thay have high technology appliances and electronics in the resort. I loved the toilet that has so many features lol. We were so in love with the beach. The sand is fine- felt good to walked on. The unit is so spacious and have complete amenities. They also have friendly staff. We will definitly comeback! Thank you for giving us the best vacation we ever have so far. Please continue giving people the same experience as we did. I hope you'll continue being more successful.

My family had a wonderful stay at Yas Villa. The place was clean, and plenty of extra mattresses were provided. They even prepared the extension room just in case. Extra towels and blankets were also available. There were 27 of us (incl 2 kids), but we all comfortably stayed in the main villa. All my questions were answered promptly, and the host even offered their cottage near Looc Beach (about a 15–20 minute drive from the accommodation). The caretakers were very accommodating and friendly. Just a heads-up: if you plan to visit Looc Beach, there’s an environmental fee of 40 pesos per person and a parking fee of 100 pesos per car (as of June 2025).

I would like to commend the care taker of the resort they are really nice and 101% great hospitality. At first, there was a misunderstanding why do we need to leave our car at an open space garage/field but eventually I was able to understand after we stayed at the resort. The rest is satisfying. My family was able to relax and enjoy the breeze of the sea. Thank you very much! :)
