Super nice, very private and nice house with all comforts. Good beds and the jacuzzi is a plus. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. I was given attention because it was my friend's birthday, which was a very nice surprise.

Kim’s home is among the nicest Air B&Bs we’ve stayed at. It was spacious (two separate bedrooms and a big living room), spotless, and had a great location just outside the busier old city center. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked…we really couldn’t ask for anything more. Although there are some steep stairs at the entrance, it was typically Dutch, and really no problem even with luggage.

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We had a great stay at Massimo and Antonella's place. The house, sauna and jacuzzi were in perfect state. Antonella was very responsive and helpful!

We spent a wonderful family weekend at Luc & Daniella's house. The communication was uncomplicated, very pleasant and I was always answered quickly and very kindly. The house is very tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable right away. The "sun terrace" in particular has revived the holiday feeling for us. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped. We are already thinking about when we can come next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Cilly. The apartment is spacious, very clean and equipped with all the comforts. Parking is available on site. Ideal base to visit Maastricht and Aachen. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated, with bedding worthy of the most beautiful lazy mornings and an ultra comfortable king size bed (be careful, high risk of not wanting to leave it😄). The small terrace is a real plus, perfect for a quiet moment between two urban adventures. The location is great: super well connected by transport and ideal for enjoying the nightlife without ending up on an expedition. And what about Luna? She is very attentive, ultra responsive and ready to do anything to make the stay perfect. Thank you again, Luna, for your availability and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is centrally located. It is about 15 minutes on foot from the center and 25 minutes on foot from the citadel. Parking spaces for the car were in front of the door. The apartment is newly renovated and in very good condition as well as very clean. Franck was always immediately available for questions and was very friendly.

Fantastic property for a private, quiet getaway. The jacuzzi & the sauna made it even more enjoyable. Would love to return and highly recommend

Saskia's place is really great, spacious and clean, with everything you need. It is easy to walk to the city centre, and also two restaurants next door. Saskia is friendly and easy to reach. I really recommend the place.

Very nice contact! I am more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace. First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
