The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Staying with us, you will be in a private residence, flowery, quiet by the sea close to the beaches, 10 minutes walk from shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, doctor etc...). Spacious, ventilated, with its wooded garden (bananas, mangoes, etc.)It is equipped with 1 tank to compensate for water outages, 1 solar water heater, new air conditioners with indoor parking spaces, 1 swimming pool with its deckchairs and a barbecue area. All you need to do is cross the small road to find yourself on the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe. The bungalow is air-conditioned and offers all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Everything is nearby : the market, nautical base, supermarket, bakery as well as reputable seaside restaurants.

Les Oliviers is a spacious holiday home built in the 70s with wood from the forests of the leeward coast. With its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it can accommodate 6 people. It is located in a 2000 m2 garden in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes' drive from the beaches and the center of Sainte-Anne. The rental can be done on the basis of 2 bedrooms instead of three at a reduced price. Contact us.

Kazalily Bas de villa large terrace / pool.

My place is good for a couple or family (with 2 kids over 2 years old). 4 people maximum (including kids). The pool is shared. Close to the marina. Very large terrace to relax and enjoy the vegetation. The kitchen and bathroom were redone in December 2023.

This 2 room apartment with parking located 2 km from the village and the beach of Grand'Anse with its beautiful waves, close to famous restaurants, will seduce you. It can also accommodate 2 other people. Thanks to its terrace you can enjoy the sun.
