Beach house holiday rentals in Basilicata

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Meer ganz in der Nähe eines kleinen ruhigen Strandes. Ein Weg führt zu weiteren großen Stränden mit Liegen und Schürzen. Wir haben hier die Ruhe mit sehr netten italienischen Nachbarn genossen und würden wieder kommen!

Accoglienza impeccabile di Silvana, che ha illustrato nei dettagli la strada di accesso alla villa e luoghi/ristoranti da non perdere. Il residence è molto signorile e si affaccia sulla splendida Baia D'Arconte, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di passeggiata. Il servizio spiaggia è incluso e accurato, il mare limpido. L'abitazione è arredata con stile personale e molto elegante, è dotata di ogni comfort e finiture di grande pregio. Consiglio vivamente la location.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

Ho trovato l'alloggio come da descrizione in una zona tranquillissima, ma vicina a diversi luoghi per la movida. L'host è stata sempre disponibile su qualsiasi richiesta, se volessi trovare l'unica cosa ,diciamo negativa è la tv che non funzionava.

Giovanni ottimo host qualsiasi problema subito pronto a risolvere la casa ottima tutto funzionante il mio cane fuori è stato benissimo un pò antipatica la strada per andare al mare ma con l'auto 5 minuti e sei in spiaggia comunque un esperienza bella senza intoppi e tutto come in descrizione un caro saluto a Giovanni

The villa is gorgeous, with the most stunning views. Perfect location, close to Scario for shopping and all of the essentials. We were a group of 3 couples, which meant that we got a floor each in the villa, providing privacy. The communal areas were large, with great cooking and dining facilities. The pool is enormous, cool and fresh for the hot sunny weather. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. We took advantage of hiring a chef for one of the nights and we had the most beautiful 4-course meal for a similar price as an average restaurant - strongly recommend this experience.

Bellissima esperienza, l'appartamento era fedele alla descrizione, molto pulito e curato, fornito di tutto quello che serve per una breve permanenza. L'ambiente all'interno del residence e tranquillo e gradovele, la piscina molto bella e ben gestita, Cosimo ci ha lasciato i braccialetti per l'accesso alla piascina e il pass per il parcheggio privato proprio davanti casa. All'arrivo abbiamo potuto fare subito il check-in con la gentile Sig.ra Patrizia che ci ha spiegato tutto in maniera chiara e precisa. L'unica cosa che ci era sfuggita è che i divani-letto erano 2 singoli, non so perché ma eravamo convinti ci fosse un matrimoniale come nella maggior parte dei casi, ma non stato comunque un problema. Non posso che consigliere la struttura e ringraziare il Sig. Cosimo per la serietà e la cortesia. Grazie Simone Beccaro

Giovanni è un ottimo host, abbiamo avuto solo un intoppo nel ritrovare la casa ma, l' abbiamo risolto via telefono in poco tempo, la casa confortevole, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, ci sono tutte le comodità che si cercano in vacanza.Grazie

Un piccolo gioiello situato in una posizione davvero strategica. La distanza dal mare ( e che mare!) e dai servizi essenziali è davvero esigua. La struttura eccelle nella pulizia delle camere (molto attenta la scelta dei materiali) e nei servizi che offre agli ospiti, soprattutto ai più piccoli (il parco giochi nel giardino è stata una manna dal cielo). Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Struttura davvero consigliata, soprattutto vista l'ottima qualità/prezzo! Ancora complimenti.
