Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Basel City

Oleg’s place is soo central to Basel. It’s perfect for what we needed. It’s close to the train stations and old city/city centre. They were also very kind to allow us to check in late. The standout for me is their lovely garden where you can have a peaceful and quiet time. Thank you again!

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie war sehr einfach. Einziger Nachteil der Unterkunft ist, dass es gegen das Ende ziemlich steil bergauf geht. Da kann sie aber natürlich nichts dafür, deshalb kein Abzug. Für andere aber evt. hilfreich als Info.

A lovely place to stay. It was especially nice to have the outdoor space. Cely was a brilliant host. I sometimes thought she sent too many messages but, the free tram pass, instructions on how to find the house and her welcome were all great.

A wonderful place, perfect for a stay. Beautiful views, a little walk to the city centre, but easy to navigate.

I had a great time at Ewald and Melanie's place. The place is not central, but it is very well connected by tram, with a journey time of no more than 20 minutes to the city centre. Breakfast and a transport pass were provided, the room was nice and comfortable and spotless, and Melanie was lovely and provided great conversation. I strongly recommend their place if you're visiting Basel!

Séjour d’une seule nuit mais j’ai pu apprécier l’emplacement de la maison à quelques minutes à pieds d’un arrêt de tramway. Environnant calme, en face d’un immense jardin public et très bien connecté aux transports en commun pour visiter la ville. La chambre, la cuisine commune ainsi que la salle de bain sont très propres. Merci Hanspeter et Ingrid

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft geeignet für bis 6 Personen. Sehr schöner Pool. Gute Verbindung mit Tram nach Basel. Susanne ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, gibt gerne Tipps für Restaurant und Ausflüge. Auf Anfrage bietet Susanne auch ein sehr leckeres Frühstück mit selbst gemachten Produkten an. Bei Gelegenheit werden wir wieder sehr gerne bei Susanne übernachten.

Wir haben Remis AirBnB gemietet, um mit unserem kleinen Sohn (3.5 Jahre), meine alten Eltern zu besuchen und mit der ganzen Familie an die Basler Fasnacht zu gehen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Remi. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem ist man nur drei Minuten von der Tramhaltestelle weg und kommt mit der Baselcard kostenlos innerhalb von 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Basel - ein Traum. Zum Haus gehört ein Garten, den wir mitbenutzen durften . Und Einkaufsgelegenheiten (Coop, Migros) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Remi und Regula sind großartige Gastgeber, sehr kinderfreundlich (sie haben selber kleine Enkel und sind super mit Spielsachen ausgestattet, für unseren Sohn war das herrlich!) und, überhaupt einfach liebenswerte Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit und responsiv. Wir hatten nicht nur schöne Ferien, sondern haben in Remi & Regula auch neue Freunde gefunden! Wir kommen wieder!

Die Buchung und der gesamte Ablauf waren dank der unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit Sandra super einfach. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber fein und bietet alles für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I immediately felt right at home in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend. It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay, complete with great herbs and spices which made cooking in the fully equipped kitchen very easy. The interior is very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. The apartment is in a stunning part of older Basel where many people stop to take pictures of the quaint streets. The hosts communicated very well and even gave me a tour of the parliament building in the city. Once again, I can highly recommend.

Mauricio a été un hôte très attentif et réactif, toutes nos questions ont trouvé réponse en un temps record et il a été très arrangeant. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 2minutes des halles d’exposition de art Basel et Fantasy Basel. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le matelas du lit était particulièrement confortable ! Everything about our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect. Petra and Felix are so kind and warm. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was impeccable. The flat is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and huge windows in a stunning heritage building. It's spotlessly clean with a wonderful mix of antique and modern furniture and art. The kitchen is perfect and really well equipped so you could definitely do a longer stay here but it was equally lovely for a long weekend. We arrived to many lovely touches including bread, milk and water plus Petra's delicious marmalade which we enjoyed for breakfast every morning whilst sitting out on the beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and listening to the birds. The location was also excellent for public transport, local groceries and walking distance to the centre. Petra and Felix were amazing hosts who couldn't fail to delight. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Fantastic host and delightful apartment! Meeting Thierry and his family was one of the highlights of our visit. The apartment is their delightful home which they shared generously. We particularly appreciated their generosity as we had just stayed in two Airbnbs that provided almost nothing including no napkins or paper towels. The views of Basel are lovely and the apartment is high enough to be quiet. The tram stopped very close to the building. Also, walking to downtown was lovely and easy. Shopping is super convenient with markets very nearby. And our best meal in Basel was just down the street from the apartment at the fabulous Turkish restaurant, Marmaris, which Thierry recommended. Our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine listening to the birds. This is a great place to stay.

Ha sido uno de los alojamientos donde mejor hemos estado. La comunicación ha sido muy fácil, Catarina ha sido súper amable desde el principio y nos ha ayudado en todo. La casa está tal cual se ve en las fotos, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es una casa luminosa, se nota que está cuidada y además teníamos muchas cosas para cocinar que eso nos encanta! Nos han puesto hasta un arbolito porque fuimos a pasar navidades 🥹♥️. Nuestra hija ha sido feliz teniendo juguetes para entretenerse en las tardes frías de Basel. Ojalá podamos volver y sin dudas repetiríamos. Ha sido un gusto 🧡 Muchas gracias por todo!

Zoi's place is a bright and quirky flat on a quiet residential road near the city centre, about a 20-minute walk from Messeplatz, where the Art Basel fair is held every June. Located on the fourth floor, accessible by a lift, the flat features a lovely balcony that catches the morning light, making it perfect for smokers. Since this is Zoi's personal residence, it is very well-equipped and has a spacious living room with exercise equipment. Upon arrival, Zoi mentioned that she had an extra bike available to use, which makes exploring the city even more convenient. The flat has a fun, bohemian vibe, with eclectic decor that adds to its charm. The loft bed is very comfortable and relatively easy to access. Zoi is incredibly responsive and always available for recommendations. This unique and lively flat is ideal for young adults and those who appreciate a bit of character in their accommodation!

Das Appartment bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Platz zum Kochen verschiedenster Speisen. Das Bett ist angenehm und der Nachmittagssonne zugewandt. Rundherum findet man genug Möglichkeiten für einen Spaziergang. Lebensmittelhandel ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Nachbarn waren auch sehr angenehm und gesprächig. Rona selbst lässt eigentlich keine wünsche offen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch antwortet sie sehr schnell auf Fragen die man hat. Alles in allem ein tolles Appartment.

Very nice modern apartment with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedroom and bathroom on the lower ground floor, with a terrace outside. Very peaceful and quiet environment, two minutes away from the center of Muttenz town. Daniel is responsive and organised, and the place was nice and clean.

Simona ist wirklich supernett und flexibel. Ich würde wieder bei ihr wohnen. Ich habe mich dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Verbindung mit der Tram zur Jakobshalle ist perfekt. Das war für mich das Wichtigste!

Isabella has a lovely home. It is aptly sized for a short to medium stay, has all the amenities needed, and has plenty of shops and restaurants around. Isabella was an incredible host and had thoughtfully created labels to help a non German speaker blend right in. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedroom. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great value for money!
