This place was great! Exactly as described! The hosts were phenomenal. Very responsive to anything we needed. Tons of space inside, shower was bigger than we expected. The hot water lasted longer than we expected and 6 of us could shower every morning without ever running out. That was lovely! We wanted something unique, yet affordable for spring break with our family of 9. And this provided just that. We even found a geo cache on site just down the road. A few things to note, if you’re bringing kids. There are broken buildings in the surrounding area which means there’s lots of broken glass. Our immediate housing was clear though. Made for interesting exploration. There’s very little natural light which is great for sleeping. Not so great if you lose power. We had intense storms come through the area and lost power for almost 24 hours, but our hosts scrambled to help as much as they could. Even offered to refund our last night. Brought flash lights, and kept checking in. GREAT HOSTS

Very nice home away from home. Very welcoming. Smelled nice and very clean. The appliances were very nice. We loved Joe’s place. The outside was very calming with the hot tub area very private. The patio propane fire pit was very useful as the temperature was under 60 every day of our stay. Our Golden Doodle loved the huge backyard.

Pictures were exactly the way the place looked. It was very adorable inside while I was there. The air conditioner stopped working, but he sent someone out right away. Got it fixed.

The home was warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully arranged—clearly set up with care and attention to detail. Bobbi was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, even leaving a few special touches that made my grand babies smile. Communication was smooth, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to a beautiful view, with fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and a relaxing around the fire with family. We made great memories here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly stay

We had a wonderful time at Josh's Sanctuary!! The place was so beautiful! I highly recommend this beautiful gem! We were there for my wedding with family. Lots of things to do. Perfect place for my grandchildren! Josh is very responsive and kind! Thank you Josh for letting us make memories at the Sanctuary!

Nice little house, but had everything I needed, enjoyed relaxing in the back yard and Cowboy loved it, Would most definitely love to stay here again if available when I’m in the area, Kelly is definitely a Super Hostess

The house was incredible and there was so much for the family and the kids to do. Plenty of room in the house and we loved the decor. Any questions or issues that may have come up were addressed with quick responses and kindness. I would highly recommend staying here.

Dan was a fantastic host! We had such a peaceful week celebrating our anniversary. We caught several catfish and a couple bluegill right off the back yard. We were also able to find an abundance of night crawlers right on the property. We took a quick trip on the kayaks and explored around the lake. Perfect location and secluded! It was just what we needed for the week. We also loved that we could bring our 2 doodles with us. Thank you for all the advice on the area and giving us a beautiful space to enjoy our time together.

This airbnb was true to the pictures posted on the web. It was clean, and in a very quiet location, wish we could have taken advantage of the pool, but we knew the pool would be closed. The home had everything we needed and would stay there again.

Everything wasas described. The hottub could definitely use an upgrade but was ok - just older. The location was convenient andfelt plenty of privacy even with a few other homes around. Will go again.

This home is located in a beautiful area and offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. We immediately appreciated its appearance and comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the coffee/tea bar was a highlight. Bathrooms were fully stocked and appreciated. Although the pool was not yet available, the hot tub provided a relaxing way to unwind. The King-sized bed was comfortable and contributed to a restful stay. On the final night, a power outage occurred due to nearby maintenance, but an accessible lantern provided convenience and comfort during the outage. The outdoor environment was pleasant, with the scent of honeysuckle and the sounds of nature, including a nearby turkey. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for dogs to roam off leash. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the hospitality was appreciated.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. They had everything we needed and plenty of fun games to play with the family and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We wanted a little getaway and we found ourselves booking two extra nights because we just didn’t it to end. All we needed was groceries and clothes(of course) and didn’t find ourselves needing anything else at our stay here. Eric was responsive and helpful. We will probably be booking again in the near future! Don’t miss out on a stay here. You won’t regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is simple and cozy. Nice property. Pots and pans and coffee were nice. Recommend if looking for seclusion.

The Irwin Groundskeeper's Cottage was a perfect place for our stay in Columbus, IN. All of the places we visited in town were within easy walking distance. Proximity to the Irwin Garden Inn was ideal, as several members of our group were staying there. The cottage was the perfect base-camp for our exploring of Columbus, and the surrounding region. We feel so fortunate to have found it!

This home was so cute and had the perfect charm. We loved the fenced in backyard for our kids! This house was a perfect fit for our family of 5. We will definitely be booking with Amanda again!

This was the perfect location and place for us to stay to visit family and attend our niece's dance recital. The place was clean and roomy. Loved having access to the garage. Clear and easy instructions. Would definitely stay again.
