Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated house on Barsebäck's golf course. The location is perfect for golfing as you live on the course and have many other golf courses nearby. If you want to hike is the Järavallen hiking area right next door or if you want to go to the sea, it is also within walking distance. Barsebäck beach bath is only a little bit away. If you want to play paddle, billiards or swim in the pool, there are in the area. The closeness to excursions in Skåne is many. A perfect place for those who also want experiences!

Relax with the family in cozy accommodation in Hofterup's villa area with proximity to Barsebäck's coastal surroundings with sea & swimming, golf, beach area and Center Syd shopping center, all within 10 min. 10 min by car out on the E6an will take you smoothly to Malmö and Helsingborg in 25 min and Copenhagen in less than an hour. In less than 2 hours you can reach the pearls of Skåne, both the Kulla Peninsula and Österlen. Once at home, light the grill and enjoy, on the secluded patio or get to the local pizzeria/jour shop (1km).

Living room, dining room and also loft. Very fresh! A stone's throw from popular Sandskogen with walking paths, animals and nature. The sea, Barsebäck beach, Barsebäck golf and Vikhög are also very close by. Center south with all possible shopping is 5 min away. Lund and Malmö can be reached in 15-20 min and Helsingborg in 30 min.

Saxtorpsskogens naturreservat når man på 5 minuter till fots. Järavallens strövområde ligger några kilometer bort. Saxtorpssjöarna med badmöjligheter ligger bara 5 minuter bort med bil. Känd golfbana finns i närheten. 30 minuter med bil till både Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. 10 minuter med bil till Landskrona.

Here you live peacefully in a nice apartment with everything you need, patio/balcony and barbecue area down in the green grass. There is access to a laundry room (extra cost) There is also access to an electric car charger 11kwh (extra cost)

There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop, Lomma Storgata, is about 400 m from the house.
