Access to the Roger Lapebie bike path through the garden, The house is a 15-minute walk from the Château de la Ligne and Château Seguin, for weddings. Located 15 minutes from Bordeaux and 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion, by car. 40 minutes from Arcachon. Access to the family pool on request. Wheelchair access.

KING RANCH CHALET

The air-conditioned cottage is located in our 5-hectare property, in a very quiet area, about 60 m from our home, a small private garden is attached to the cottage, ideal for young children (a baby cot and a high chair are available). The property is equipped with an electric gate, and a large part is reserved for horses in the meadow. No wifi.

Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.
