Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

The house has 3 independent bedrooms (1 with an attached bath), an additional one & a half bathroom, a downstairs salon & an upstairs tv room. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people & does have a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped so enjoy a snack in the kitchen or a full meal in the dining room! A highlight of the house is the private dock. Have a drink on the dock and enjoy the view!
