The house was very comfortable, it was very clean and was the way of the photos, the communication with Helio and Maura was very good always responded quickly. It's about 10 minutes' drive from the parks so it was close, very nice to spend the days there, I would definitely go back.

Excellent! It is a 7 minute drive from the park (thermas of orange trees), there is a restaurant and a bakery in the same neighborhood as to walk. Mostly requested to help and answer questions, the clean house and everything new.

We very much like Patricia's place. It had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioning makes a lot of difference, because the interior of São Paulo is very hot. The street is super quiet, perfect for those looking for peace after an intense day in the parks. It is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from Hot Beach and Thermas of the Laranjais. When I return to the city of Olympia, I will certainly consider staying in the house.

Simply impeccable accommodation! It was me, my husband and my 13-year-old son, the house surprised us positively, all the necessary household items so we didn't have to worry about anything, close to the thermal baths (about 7 minutes by car), a quiet neighborhood, with everything we needed nearby! Elaine was super understanding with our check-in because we got a lot of traffic and arrived very late. We will definitely stay with her again 🥰

Matheus' house is a great option in Olímpia! We were very well received by his mother, who introduced us to the house. The house is beautiful and functional as in the photos: spacious, with a barbecue and a good heated pool, which helps a lot for a day when you don't want to go to the parks or it's colder. Near the parks (7-8 min by car from Hotbeach). Market within 2 minutes. Communication with Matheus was fluid and he was available to assist us. When we return to Olympia, it will be our first choice!

We arrived and everything was impeccable, I was surprised by the space, the room is huge, we are comfortable, our 1 year babies were very safe, because the doors of the corridors protected from access to the pool. The lighting of the house and the leisure area is beautiful, perfect!!! Host Daniel and his wife Rosi are lovers, super attentive. Surely if we go back to Barretos we will stay there again. Townhouse was a perfect holiday in a perfect home!! Gratitude!!
