This Airbnb was an excellent choice for our prenup trip! It has a wide parking space, which is great if you’re bringing a car. The place is in a private and safe area, so we felt very secure the whole time. Sir Jojo is thoughtful and accommodating, which really made the stay even better! The house is clean, cozy and really feels like home. It has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and everything you need is provided. It’s also convenient, just a short drive to Mapanuepe lake and the local wet market is only about 10 mins away. Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit the lake!

The house is very private and very beautiful. They have basic needs like coffees, juices, shampoo,conditioner and body wash . There are 3 clean bedrooms. It is advisable to buy all of what you need before you get to the house because it will be far from stores, although the area is grab-friendly you can order using this app. We have stayed in many airbnb's this is the biggest place we have stayed so far. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your wonderful house! We will surely comeback to this place.

My family and I really love our stay for 2d1n in their aesthetic place. Very huge and complete set of things needed in a staycation. Near our chosen activity area at Inflatable Island and Ocean Adventure. Near the public market and dutyfree Puregold. It's just that the flow of water upstairs is so weak, (no private parking , street parking only) and suggestion to have microphone for Karaoke bonding with family. Love the self check-in, fast wifi and cold air-conditioning rooms. Highly recommended place. Lastly, the owners/hosts are very accommodating and active to chat with it. Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

This was our fourth stay with The Nest, but our first time in this particular unit—and it did not disappoint! Just like our previous experiences, everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We recently stayed at Piti Nest and overall, we had a really lovely time. The place was really cozy and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Tamara was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She was responsive and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. When we let her know about some rat droppings we found in the room and a couple of sightings, she was very apologetic and immediately offered us a discount for our next visit to make up for the inconvenience. We appreciated her honesty and effort to improve the situation. Despite that minor issue, we still really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. :)

Great place! We can’t bring our dog inside Anvaya so we had to look for other options. Luckily, this house is just 5 mins away from Anvaya. We had our driver stay here with our dog kaya mabilis lang siya makabalik ng Anvaya when we need him. wifi and air-conditioned room is a plus!

We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment was spotless, the bed was incredibly huge. I feel right at home and enjoyed every part of it. I love the kitchen and the utensils. Location wise, the room is in the heart of SBMA. Close to mall, transpos, resto and baywalk. Will definitely book again.. 💚
