Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barren County

Location, Location, Location. I can't imagine being closer to the park without actually being in the park. The house was cozy yet spacious if that makes sense. The house has some essentials, (spices, dishwasher pods and detergent, shampoo, body wash) but no laundry detergent, so you need to bring some if you plan on using the clothes washer. An IGA and save a lot are about 20 minutes out, but they don't have a great selection, stock up on groceries elsewhere. Communication with the owner was quick on our first night when we couldn't figure out how to use the shower. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. And by the way, Mammoth cave was amazing.

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first! We spent our days on the lake and the cabin was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings and rest up for more fun. Just like last time the cabin was extremely clean and Tonya was a wonderful host. We enjoyed Paige’s Pizza and the food trucks at Proof, both of which are very close by. We’re looking forward to visiting again in July!

Our family so enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It was close to Mammoth Cave and the setting with the fields was so peaceful and relaxing! The kids loved catching fireflies as we sat out and watched the sunset in the evening. The home had plenty of space for family and it was so well-kept and clean! Gwynne was so hospitable and helpful when we needed it. Definitely recommend a stay here!!

Such a cute home! I brought my family from out of state to spend a long weekend touring Mammoth Cave National Park and this was the perfect space! A quiet, beautiful space that was exactly what we needed and wanted for our trip. Attractions were about 20+mins out which we preferred. The space had everything needed to feel right at home and there was so much room! We had the best time and I would 10/10 recommend 😃

Great place to stay! even though it rained most of the time we stayed, with all of the outdoor shelters and seating, we were able to stay outside during most of it. The trampoline is a nice touch, which the kids really loved. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a weekend getaway with my husband and this place was immaculate! It was just as pictured but even better in person. Very beautiful space. The entire hotel was very clean and private. I love that you must have a code to even get into the hotel, makes it feel more secure. The host was incredibly friendly and very fast to respond. Would definitely come back for another visit and would recommend to anyone looking!

If I could leave more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would. It was an incredibly peaceful stay. The horses were serene. The dogs were so so friendly. My 10 year old LOVED the tree house and the creek. (She wants a creek in our yard now. lol) The space was exactly as described, looks just like the photos. All the comforts of home. The kitchen had any dishes, pots, pans, containers, foil, etc. you could possibly want to use. And so CLEAN! And Tracy and her family are the most lovely people. I enjoyed getting to know them. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

Joe was a very responsive host. He made sure to check in with me to see if I needed anything. His place was so peaceful! I have trouble sleeping in new places but I had the best sleep there!! There was a Christmas tree, lovely candles, lots of extra blankets. It was truly my home away from home. Thank you Joe!

Was a cute place to stay. Convenient to Mammoth Cave and to Bowling Green. The train was not a issue. There are fans and a sound machine. Ear plugs are also provided. Highly recommend.

David and family loved staying at 401 Main. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in Leitchfield.

Had a small issue with ants in the kitchen area due to a rainstorm the night we arrived, but otherwise the place worked perfectly for us on our trip to the national park.
