Holiday rentals with a pool in Barranquilla

Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

La casa es tal cual las fotos, esta en perfecto estado, la vista desde todos los sitios de la casa es increíble (habitaciones y zonas sociales), esta muy bien equipada y es una zona tan tranquila que alcanzas a escuchar las olas del mar, tanto Ernesto como Angela (Persona que nos ayudo en la cocina) fueron muy amables y estuvieron siempre atentos, la casa es 100% recomendada para ir a disfrutar en familia o amigos.

This place is incredible, and the host is extremely attentive. The location is extremely central and close to great bars and restaurants.

Excelente lugar, ubicado en una zona muy buena, el personal del edificio muy atento y amigable. El anfitrión siempre estuvo dispuesto a colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos y la información que nos dio fue súper clara. El aparta estudio es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Súper recomendado.

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

The place is as show in the pictures. I will mention things that you can only see when you stay here. The pool is only open on weekends. There is a plaza walking distance and safe. There you can eat every day, with different styles of foods. In the first floor there is a small store, great for buying quick things. In the plaza you can get everything else.

Excelente localización. Área segura y tranquila. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía comfortable.

Bel appartement et hôte très réactif!

Me quedé con mis papás, mi hermano, mi tía y mi esposo con el objetivo de visitar familia. El apartamento estuvo muy cómodo, bien organizado y bonito, en una zona que sentimos muy segura y cerca a comercio. El aire acondicionado es muy efectivo y cada agitación tiene una buena dotación de lo que se necesita para descansar. La sala no necesita aire acondicionado, pues con las ventanas abiertas hay muy buena circulación de aire durante la temporadas del año en le que estuvimos. Hay varios pasos a seguir con diferentes aspectos del apartamento, y Sandra, la anfitriona, es muy clara dando instrucciones para resolver cada situación sin ayuda adicional. A pesar de que hubo algunos detalles, Sandra estuvo muy pendiente, dio respuesta y mantuvo muy buena comunicación. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos en su apartamento en una próxima visita a Barranquilla. Tener en cuenta que la lavadora solo está disponible a partir de la estadía por 4 noches.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.

Estuve por 1 mes en este alojamiento, el lugar era muy cómodo y acogedor, me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo estaba limpio, bien organizado y equipado para una estadía tranquila. Además, el anfitrión Julián fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitara. Me gustó mucho esta experiencia y sin duda volvería a rentarlo en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo!
