Lorena has been a great host! Always available and very kind. The apartment looks much better in person. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to supermarket, movies, pharmacies, etc. Also the apartment is walking distance from the Lima golf and restaurants. Lita home is a great place to stay in San Isidro and if your stay is gonna be long, this is the spot! You’re gonna feel it like home.

I consider that with my family and friends we will return. It has been a good time, everything is very tidy and always pending. The perfect place.

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

All communication is more than good, the truth. Always responded quickly and at the time of all inquiries about any matter. She is also attentive in case of accidents and that is highly valued. I really liked the attention.

This home really felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities we needed to attend to our little ones. It also has a clean pool where we played and ran around the yard. There is a nearby market where we were able to buy essential items for the day. Cereal, Milk, eggs, bread, jam, deli, veggies, fruits and juice. The master bedroom has an AC, we all crammed there to sleep nice and cool. Lovely home. I would return.

The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, close to shops and the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Despite the fact that we had the misfortune of having two water outages beyond the control of our hosts, our stay went very well.

It is mainly Giselle's friendly and flexible response that gives the apartment the highest rating. It is a good standard according to the average Peruvian standard. There is hot water in the taps in the bath and kitchen. The showers are good with hot water and with good pressure. Giselle is a fantastic host and I can do nothing but recommend her 100%

They went above and beyond to be wonderful hosts. The home had plenty of space and was very clean. We were there for our wedding and they had flowers and a sign for us upon arrival. They answered all of my questions within minutes and were extremely accommodating. The location was safe (with an outside, locked gate) and everything was within short walking distance. We would recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!!

A very good place to spend a good weekend

I stayed at Nancy's house again because I extended my vacation. The house is beautiful, safe, comfortable and very spacious. Nancy is a great host. We needed a table for the patio and she sent it to me right away. I totally recommend it.

I'll start by saying Fernando was an excellent host! Very proactive and very responsive to me as a guest. The house itself was as described and matched the photos well except it was a bit larger than I thought. Which was great. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. I immediately felt at home in Fernando's place. The courtyard of the dining room was great. The roof top terrace was awesome. I really loved the whole house. I can't say enough good things. For those looking to stay at Fernando's, Kennedy Park is a leisurely 15 minute walk away. As is the Indian and Inca Markets. About a 30 minute walk to Larcomar. There is an excellent restaurant about a 5 minute walk away called Don Vito that I highly recommend as well. Thank you Fernando for being an excellent host and for such a wonderful stay! Thank you Jesus for you attentiveness as well! All the best to you and yours!

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

Good place to stay from several days to several weeks. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi network works extremely well, there are supermarkets nearby such as Wong and PlazaVea. Great value for money. There is a hole in the middle of the ceiling that is common to all the apartments in the building so we can hear the neighbors as well as their conversations, music, etc but we had been made aware by reading the reviews. Being young people it didn't bother us but I can understand that the noises of the neighborhood can annoy some people. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, and Evelyn was very nice to us, and welcomed us in good condition.
