Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

Everything was very good!! The location, the stay, the place itself ! At first we only doubt because of the sofa bed but it is more comfortable than you imagine. Another high point is the location. Steps from the San Telmo market and close to supermarkets and the subte. Finally, grateful to the hosts who behaved very well and helped us a lot by being flexible with Check-In. I'm constantly going to BA and for my next time, I'll be back to this depto, no doubt ! They helped us a lot

Edu's apartment is impeccable! It's beautiful and for two people it's very comfortable. Edu is a genius, we had a problem on arrival because of the airline and Edu knew how to solve it very well. Undoubtedly a very good stay.

The experience was excellent. Mirna was very attentive from the first moment. The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable, and some details we loved: a deck of cards, a domino, little things that invite a change and enjoy the moment. The building is very well located, in the heart of San Telmo, surrounded by nice restaurants and with everything close to walk and get lost for a while. An ideal place to rest, have a good time and feel comfortable. We would come back without hesitation.

The accommodation is just as shown in the post. The place is easy to find and the instructions to enter are super clear. I like self-employed income, I find it more practical, without possible waiting. The apartment is very complete. I like to cook at home when I'm traveling and I found everything I needed in the kitchen, and that's something I value very much when I travel. I felt right at home. There were many things that I did not use because I was there for a few days, but I think that for a long stay it is a very comfortable place. Inside the house there are instructions for almost everything and I did not need to contact him for anything, but Santiago is very attentive at all times and it is something that I also value very much: the balance between being present but without invading. The bed is very comfortable, the wifi is fast and the air conditioning works well. A 10.

I really liked the neighborhood, quiet, no noise, friendly neighbors. The house felt like home. The attention of the person who left us the keys, excellent.

The views from every room were spectacular. The condo was beautiful, with a large terrace on the first floor. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

I loved spending this time in Mari's apartment, a beautiful place, extremely cozy and very easy to access.
