My family was very well received by Edna, who even helped us to get extra places for the car. The accommodation is the same as the images, cozy and spacious. We highly recommend and we hope to come back more often.

Wonderful, private, safe place, with a large and well-located garage. The apartment is beautiful, organized, clean and has everything you need for a good stay. The host is very attentive, willing and responds quickly. We felt at home and will certainly be back!

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

Great homes, all perfect as described in the listing and Mayara was excellent as a host gave all the necessary information and always responded when necessary. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is comfortable mto, and for me that I like to cook was perfect, because the kitchen is quite complete. and the condominium is stunning.

Our family spent the Easter holiday in the apartment, and we were amazed at everything, organized, practical place, everything we needed was handy, Simone was an amazing host, instructing and guiding us in detail before we even arrived, and as soon as we arrived we were already surprised by an Easter treat that the children loved, great cost-benefit, super indicated to families who want tranquility and practicality, no doubt we will return more often. Beautiful beach view, easy access, we can rate our stay as 100% fruitful ❤️

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

The property's location is perfect! For those who want to sleep listening to the sound of the sea, this is the place. You can literally see the waves from the couch. It was a great experience to be able to fish in front of the house. Very kind and easy to communicate with host. Very large, airy house, and in a quiet location. Simple but functional utensils, sufficient for a few days of rest. We just miss dishcloths and tablecloths. Don't expect a "new" property. The description matches the photos, but it really is a place that suffers a lot from the sea air. But we will be back for sure.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful yard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Golden Retrievers! We went to the beach (after all, the house is on the sand) in the rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and will return as many times as I can ♥️

The experience was wonderful. Educational, flexible hosts at check-in/checkout and always available for questions or tips on the region The house is spectacular! With a great location, close to Beto Carreiro and Balneário Camboriú. The house is large, clean and complete, with all the spacious, furnished and airy rooms. The nearby swimming pool barbecue and a large gourmet kitchen for cooking with family and/or friends was the highlight of the stay. It has a large brewery, freezer, cellar and even dishwasher. We don't miss anything. The third-floor party area overlooking the sea, barbecue, brewery and gambling tables was an excellent option for rainy day. Great beds and shower better than many hotels. Several nearby beaches (one for each taste), but staying at home was a great option and there was no desire to leave..rsrs We will definitely return, both for the home and for the warmth and attention of the hosts.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Accommodation exactly as in the photos! Full kitchen, with all necessary utensils! Local was clean and organized. New apartment and building, with all leisure area available and facing the sea. They provide a blanket and all bed and bath linens. Close to Beto Carrero (approx. 20 min) and easily accessible.
