I had a great stay! The location is very good, everything close by (market, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, etc). Apartment just like the photos, linen bed and fresh towels, kitchen with all the basic utensils. Iradir was very helpful, picked me up at the airport and showed me main points of the city, in addition to introducing the neighborhood and showing where to buy what I needed (since I'm vegan and it's harder to find options). All rooms have TVs, double bed and fans. The apartment is at the intersection of two avenues, so there's traffic noise. I used earplugs to sleep and it went smoothly. I recommend staying ☺️

Very solicitous, helpful Adriana, a person of good mto energy, even though we only had 1 day because we were passing through in Aracaju, but it was possible to feel it. We want to go back to stay longer and if possible, in the same place because the house is very good. The location is great, the house is extremely clean, has kitchen with utensils if you need it, there is a good wind that comes in through the windows. It has no air conditioning, this is an improvement point to be made, but by the wind that comes in and with the fan that was made available for the two bedrooms, you could hold the heat you were doing that day. We really like everything and we really want to come back!

I have no adjectives to express how sensational it was to stay in Mr. Luiz's apartment. It was an amazing stay! I loved the location, close to the beach, the structure of the apartment, it accommodated my family very well (five people), as well as the condominium. Next to the condominium there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, excellent restaurant 900m away. You have great taste! I'll definitely be staying again when I get back to Aracaju. The cost-benefit was very good. Thank you very much Mr. Luiz for your attention and education.

Hosting is exactly as advertised. But as amazing as it sounds, in person even better Impeccable house, super clean, planned furnishings, full kitchen, water filter, air conditioning, liquid and bath bar soap, detergent, some seasonings, for those who risk cooking. Having stayed in Helder's apartment was simply super quiet, I felt quite comfortable and at ease, as if at home. The simply perfect apartment structure, all as advertised, met our needs and expectations. The condominium and the location are very good. I thank you immensely for welcoming us and making us feel at home. I hope to be able to return soon, the city of Aracaju is fantastic.

Great place, despite being away from the center of Aracaju, 15-20min you are already close to everything. There are smaller markets nearby and a pharmacy 10 minutes by car. Quiet place, even with people in the pool area and playing music, the hours for loud noise are respected. Despite not having hot water in the shower, I didn't miss it, as it's a hot city I certainly wouldn't use it either. For those who prefer to cook at home, it provides useful utensils (pots, cups, etc.) I didn't miss anything. Great place for those who come to take tests or work in SE, in addition to the silence and location, there are also good delivery options through ifood, including restaurant options and vegan foods. I went with 2 people, but 3 is also comfortable in the same way. From the photo, the apartment looks smaller, but it's comfortable! I will definitely recommend it and return to this place if necessary! Friendly and polite host!!
