Very appealing

House is exactly as described in the ad but exceeded expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and away from downtown. You will wake up to the sounds of the neighbor's chickens, birds that stay in the wooded neighborhood. The hostess answered me quickly when I needed it and was very helpful always. I recommend it!

It was a great option! Ana Paula was a very helpful host, always answered all questions quickly, was flexible at check-in. The town is next to the town, a quiet and reserved place. Because it is a hot climate region, the air conditioning made a difference giving more comfort at bedtime. The brewery was a hand on the wheel as all drinks were always at the ideal temperature. The air-conditioner located in the open area also made a lot of difference, as it helped a lot in the issue of thermal comfort. Small improvements were suggested, and accepted by the hostess, but nothing to discredit our stay.

The site was extremely clean, including towels and bedding. The air-conditioned room was freezing well. We don't use the kitchen much, so I can't say anything about it. The region is very quiet. As a tip for those who will: I think the ideal is to go by car, because the house is a little distant from the center, which can make locomotion a little difficult for us; it was not a problem for us. And we went on days it was raining, so there were plenty of insects.

The house inside is very pleasant, clean, well organized and without any unpleasant odor — we felt comfortable throughout the weekend. However, we leave an important observation about the external area: while the garage part is all paved and functional, the back of the house is in a state of neglect. There is no pavement, and the yard presents risks, with concertinas and objects left on the floor that can cause injuries, especially to children or animals. We recommend paying attention to this point, because with extra care on the outside, the experience could be even better.
