Beautiful family beach house with children

Located on the north coast of Alagoas, 45 km from Maceió. In a gated community, 400 meters from the beach. Quiet, ventilated place, with space to play football, volleyball and basketball. It has a hammock area (7 hammocks), a children's playground, slackline, private pool and game room, with billiards and foosball. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a barbecue grill. Up to 16 people (with young children up to 20) Rabbits, ducks and birds are raised on the property. Longer stays (>5 days) have a discount.

House by THE SEA. With 4 bedrooms, for up to 12 people in bed, being 2 suites, all with air conditioning. Spacious and equipped kitchen. House with balconies. Kiosk in front of the beach/pool. BBQ area and pool support, with counter/table and outdoor bathroom. Beautifully decorated garden with hammocks and very green. Natural pools in front of the house. Our Homemaker and his family resides on the property (annex) and stays 24 hours at the disposal of the guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.

Querida Family House, BEACH, RIVER and SWIMMING POOL.

We are on a plot of 1,500 m2, surrounded by fruit trees. House complete with everything, barbecue, tables and 4 x 9 m swimming pool, 500 meters from the beach, in a gated community, with a club and security. Next to the condominium, you have access to the most incredible tours in our region, known as the "Coral Coast." We provide all bed and bath linens, as well as all kitchen utensils. At check-in we take a photo of the meter, at check-out another, we calculate the difference and multiply by R$ 1.30

Beautiful beach house with pool

The house is wonderful and the location, although not close to conveniences, is very quiet and far from noise, on the other hand it is close to the beach. Good for those who want calm or enjoy with friends without being bothered. Both the owner of the house, Eliene, and the homemade, Jailton, are very helpful. The place is spacious and well cared for, you can see the whim of the lady and zeal.

Everything was great, the house is exact as shown, the outdoors space in front of the sea is the best, the view is incredible. The air conditioning works great. The host, Edson, was always attentive and available. She greeted us with surprises that I don't tell them to enjoy too! The place is beautiful! It has fruit trees and in the morning you can see monitos. We only had inconveniences with one of the bathrooms and that on the first day there were live waters on the beach, but it is something clearly circumstantial.. Do not hesitate to go and enjoy this accommodation and Edson's attention 😀
