All expectations were met: very good apartment, it has everything you need! Can't even talk about the view… It's worth a lot to stay and stay so close to the beach, being able to feel the sea breeze, looking at this amazing view all the time! It's too much! Power to hear the noise of the sea was also sensational… I love it! I felt with my foot in the sand even in the moments when I was in the apartment. It is a really suuuper airy space, at no time did I feel the need for air conditioning (I had this question). You have that fresh beach wind, both day and night. Just leave windows/glass open! It is a place that I will definitely return, and I will refer to my friends and family. The experience was wonderful! It is worth putting here for those reading that the beds are very comfortable (this counts a lot for me, having a good rest). Anyway, everything great. Vivian is very friendly and helpful. I was a few days old and worth too much!

Exactly, the same as the images. Great location and sea view! All very clean and organized, neat bedding and towels, super-equipped kitchen. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot bath in the suite shower, but as there were two others, we didn't even call on José Alan, but I'm sure it would support us as it was since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 min walk. The patio is big, our dogs have enjoyed a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the slab, the place is great for enjoying the sea and the sunrise.

Great apartment, large spaces, good maintenance, well located, very close to the beach and squares, is a great option in Capão. The only point left to be desired was the internet connection, the signal is not very strong and does not reach the master bedroom.

The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute.
