Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Barnim

En toppenfin och fräsch lägenhet i ett lugnt område men ändå med bara gångavstånd till affärer, restauranger och caféer. Lägenheten är välutrustad och vi saknade inget under vår vistelse. Denise svarade snabbt på våra frågor och var väldigt hjälpsam. Bra att veta är att parkeringsplatsen som tillhör lägenheten är väldigt trång och sängarna är i det hårdaste laget.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Awesome stay. Was in Berlin for the marathon and will be attending next year and staying in this beautiful home. Isabell was great providing us with clear instructions and local recommendations. Super responsive and very friendly!

Tom ist super zuvorkommend, produktiv und sehr freundlich gewesen. Die Unterkunft war für zwei Tage völlig ausreichend, die Lage war okay und man hatte so ziemlich alles da, was man braucht. Für größere Gruppen absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man eine Location zum Schlafen braucht.

Nice neighborhood ,felt safe at night as a woman traveling alone. Such a nice and clean place to get back to, great to rewind after a day in the city! Walls and windows are very thick so there’s not a single noise complaint problem even though it’s such a big complex!!

Isabell and Oliver were great hosts - they were always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations for the area. The location is perfect and means it is easy to walk to many amazing bars and restaurants nearby. The flat is also lovely and really spacious inside. We had an amazing time - thanks!

일단 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 지하철역에서 약 10-15분 정도 도보로 걸어야 하지만 걷는 길마다 베를린 특유의 감성과 많은 빈티지샵, 마트가 있어서 지루하지 않게 이 길을 오고 갈 수 있었습니다. 큰 배낭과 캐리어를 가지고 이동해야 했으나 큰 불편함 없이 도달할 수 있었으며, 체크인 시간이 매우 유연하여 늦은 시간 도착임에도 문제 없었습니다. 베를린에서 합리적인 가격에 네명이 묵으며 한 두끼 정도는 요리를 해먹을 수 있는 감도 높은 숙소를 원했기 때문에 저희에게 매우 적합하다고 생각합니다. (물론 두명은 쇼파를 확장하여 자야 했으나 침구가 매우 청결하고 이미 베드쇼파로 준비 되어있어 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다.) 늦은 시간 체크인으로 인해 온수 사용에 문제가 있었으나 호스트 분은 빠르게 피드백을 주시고 문제에 대한 해결 방안을 제시해주셔서 저희도 이 점을 인지하고 조율할 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하고 책임감 있는 호스팅에 감사드립니다! 근처에 베를린 특유의 감성이 느껴지는 와인바들이 많고, 조금만 걸으면 미테중심에서 쇼핑이 가능하여 관광객에게 적절합니다! 두명은 프랑크푸르트에서, 두명은 한국에서 먼 길을 여행 왔는데 좋은 추억 만들고 갈 수 있었어요 <3

I spent a week of remote work there. Off-season stay was truly refreshing. The lake is beautiful, all you need is just minutes driving or even just walking. The house is tiny (indeed) equipped efficiently, the bed is comfy… Helmut is defo a top notch host; responsive, solving problems proactively… and has a weakens for Argentina and the most influential woman of its history… Evita

Ich habe mit meiner Freundesgruppe meinen Geburtstag in der alten Dorfschule gefeiert und wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Wochenende! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr gerne in der offenen Gemeinschaftsküche zusammen gekocht und passten zu 15. ohne Probleme an den großen Tisch. Die Betten waren gemütlich und die Zimmeraufteilung angenehm. Unser Highlight im Haus war definitiv der Billardtisch! Hier haben wir viele Matches ausgetragen, was für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt hat. Dank der guten Musikanlage konnten wir an einem Abend ein wenig auflegen und haben zuletzt über den Beamer einen Filmabend gemacht. Die ruhige Umgebung lädt auch im Winter zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Martin ist ein total freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich zwischendurch erkundigt hat, ob alles gut läuft. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht, weil wir wussten, dass wir uns immer melden können, wenn etwas ist. Danke dir und gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Samir, besonders mit Kindern ist es ein perfektes Haus! Es gibt viel Platz, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht und Spielsachen gibt es auch. Die Absprachen mit Samir waren sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir dürfen ;) Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich unglaublich hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann. Das hat uns jetzt allerdings nicht gestört.

Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, liebevolle Einrichtung. Da wir eine weite Anreise hatten war es gut, das Michael bei dem Check in sehr flexibel war :)

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

Wir hatten ein tolles Verlängertes Wochenende. Das Airbnb von Daniel war wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war super sauber und es gab in der Küche alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Umgebung war wunderschön. Ein toller See zum Schwimmen und für SUP. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Janina & Niall, thank you for sharing your home.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Rachel. Sa maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un sejour à Berlin que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Una tra i migliori appartamenti finora prenotati. Posto in una zona residenziale di Berlino, tranquilla e verde. Facilmente raggiungibili i mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi per S-Bahn, autobus sotto casa). Parcheggio coperto. Facile ingresso con ascensore. Un appartamento vivo (balcone ricco di piante), spazioso e luminoso. Grado di pulizia ottimo. Cucina funzionale come quella di una casa vera. Due bagni ben strutturati. Host gentile e reattiva, ottimi consigli e indicazioni.

Wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt in der Wohnung der Familie. Schön, dass es diese Möglichkeit der Eigenvermietung noch gibt.

This place was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and quiet—the perfect combination for a relaxing stay during my business trip. It’s conveniently located right next to a local market that has everything you might need. The lofted bed felt like sleeping in the clouds, and climbing the four flights of stairs each day turned into a much-needed workout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a laptop docking station with a monitor—it made getting work done so much easier. And to top it all off, I was thrilled to witness a bird nesting in the window planter—a beautiful and unexpected glimpse of nature that made the stay truly memorable.
