My coziness

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

We love the place is as in the photos, they lend you bikes to be able to travel (just a little maintenance to the bikes, I put oil in the chains of all haha) after everything is incredible, I would come back again, the girl who gave us the key, she took care of us very well

The apartment very well organized, clean and exactly as described in the listing. The environment is comfortable, airy and ideal for those seeking rest or leisure in the region. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the main points of the city. The building's concierge is great, with efficient and receptive service, which contributed a lot to the feeling of security and tranquility during the stay. Mendonça was a great host, always attentive and helpful in the answers, which gave a lot of confidence throughout the stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

great lodging; super cool cozy yard, over the house the great rooms with fans the room is worth mentioning that needing to put a fan because it is hot and has some places of the house with broken floors because it can hurt if the child walks barefoot. the kitchen is great with all the utensils and new appliances. the place is very quiet and the lake is great for children and with several kiosks.

a wonderful stay, I am in love with the accommodation, I felt literally at home, everything clean, everything working, Ronaldo is an exemplary human being, solicitous, pleasant, answered all my questions quickly with kindness, a respectful and responsible host with his property and with his guests, it was my first experience with the app and now I can't stop, next month I will be back for sure. It was spectacular, it left nothing to be desired, VIP treatment, Mrs. Gloria is also a wonderful person, I recommend it with great satisfaction and certainty of what I am writing. I want to make my very positive review of both the host Flavio and the house. Flavio received us on the first day, showed the operation of the house and answered us in the doubts that arose afterwards. Always polite and available. The house was very clean, with cleaning and personal hygiene items available in the kitchen, barbecue and bathrooms. The rooms had well-made beds with clean, quality bedding, new air conditioning. Three great suites. Bath towels available clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with new and highly functional appliances. New and clean crockery and flatware. The hall is spacious with a dining table for 8 people, large TV with availability of entertainment. There is a toilet for this part of the house. The gourmet area is great and has a beautiful view. The pool was clean. We were very well received and the house is excellent.
