It includes an open and bright living room. The kitchen is small but well-equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, gas stove). There are 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with storage and one suitable for two children with bunk beds. The master mattress is new. The bathroom is separated by a curtain from the toilet.

The cottage is located at one end of the farmhouse that we live in, it is completely independent with an area of 85 m2 in duplex, it has been recently renovated with family furniture or antiques found in flea markets. In the evening from your garden you can admire the sunset, rest from a day of walking, listen to the birds and nature. Walks in the forest are accessible on foot or by bike from the house. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)

Located in a charming little village, 3 min drive to bakeries and supermarkets. Our house is semi-detached and we are available if you need any advice or anything. I offer wellness massages by reservation. The famous Soulages Museum is located 15 minutes from Rodez, swimming in the lakes (5 minutes for the nearest), beautiful marked hikes from the house, various activities. I'm happy to make my aromatic garden available.
