Highly recommended! Marialuigia and her husband are two helpful and kind people who gave us clear and precise information. The apartment was clean and tidy just like in the photo, equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Soft and fragrant towels, hair dryer. The court is very quiet, there are no annoying noises!

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we have found the best for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

Very comfortable accommodation both for location and convenience with transportation

Great place for me since I knew the little town. I love that it was private and quiet and mostly I could walk to the coffee shop and gelateria etc. Gloria is extremely fast in replying to messages and accommodating requests. Place was clean and it felt like being at home. It was in an old courtyard on the second floor (no elevator) but it was perfect for us! Thank you Gloria. See you next time.

We spent two nights at Erika's in Milan. We were received by her mother, a very nice and polite woman, she showed us everything and gave us good tips for the area (restaurants, paths to the city) and was always available to Erika. We arrived by car, which worked very well, the parking lot is in the underground garage. For us, the way to the city center by car was very uncomplicated, there was a metro nearby with a large parking garage. The apartment has two beautiful balconies, on one you can see the sun set beautifully. All in all, we were very satisfied everything was clean, easily accessible and there were good tips for the stay! Definitely recommended for sleeping in Milan!

Very good hospitality

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

We didn't meet Alessio in person, but that wasn't a problem. He offered super good video instructions, so that no question remained unanswered. Alessio was always available for us and answered always immediately. The apartment was absolutely clean, we felt comfortable. As a welcome gift, there was water, cola and snacks. That was exactly what we needed after the exhausting journey. There is a supermarket nearby. You can easily get to the city by public transport. We definitely would recommend Alessios place.

We had nice days. The studio is very clean and equipped with every comfort. Within 10 minutes you are at a metro station, so we were able to discover Milan! Mirella is a nice host and there were many tips in the studio for nice restaurants.

Great communication and great place. It is a must stay. Close to train station to downtown milan and close to highways

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The views are out of this world and the place is spacious, beautiful, and quiet. I will most definitely be coming back. 100% I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Lake Como. Renting a car is advised, we rented one in Milan and drove.

Beautiful Apartment Complex with a central garden. A True Forrest in Town! The Location : Connected via closest bus stand Via Bella via Binda. Central enough and away from all the tourist noise. We had a great stay at Marco’s home. The hosts were so kind in allowing us to check in early after a long flight. We had everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the home. There was easy access to public transportation and the home is close to must see spots in Milan. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and communicated promptly. They were very accommodating! We would definitely return.

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
