Holiday rentals in Barano d'Ischia

Pasquale e Karin sono due padroni di casa favolosi. Il monolocale (una camera da letto con angolo cottura e un bagno in camera) ha una terrazza privata e un giardino in comune. La zona (Barano d'Ischia) è tranquilla e appartata. Per raggiungere sia le spiagge (la più vicina è quella di Maronti) sia i centri più belli occorre avere una macchina o prendere l'autobus, ma ne vale la pena.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’appartamento di Margherita e non potrei essere più soddisfatto. Sin dal primo contatto, Margherita si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire consigli utili per il soggiorno. La comunicazione è stata chiara e puntuale, facendomi sentire accolto già prima del mio arrivo. L’appartamento è semplicemente perfetto: pulito, ordinato e curato, il che ha reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Mi sono sentito a casa, consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Margherita e la sua famiglia sono host eccezionali !

È andato tutto abbastanza bene. Comunicare con Mario è stato sempre facile. Era sempre disponibile e tutto era accessibile. Gli autobus passavano regolarmente, quindi il posto è ottimo. Lo consiglio.

Se volete alloggiare in una zona tranquilla, suggestiva e ben collegata con tutta l’isola tramite mezzi pubblici la casa di Faustino fa al caso vostro! Si consiglia sempre il noleggio di una macchina o ancora meglio di uno scooter per muoversi autonomamente per tutta l’isola ( Faustino ci ha messo a disposizione il suo garage vista la difficoltà di parcheggio nella zona), in massimo 30 minuti si raggiungono tutte le spiagge più iconiche è incantevoli dell’isola. La casa è estremamente spaziosa, pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutto l’occorrente e ogni comfort possibile e immaginabile. Faustino è un host super gentile, cordiale e disponibile, si è sempre mostrato attento a ogni nostra esigenza! Alloggio super consigliato! Grazie di tutto!

An Oasis of Glamour and Serenity – Perfect for Families! Our stay at Divina Seaside Suite in Sant’Angelo, Ischia, was absolutely unforgettable. The suite itself is an oasis of glamour and tranquility, perched above a stunning seascape that feels like a dream. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful—offering guidance and assistance not just before arrival, but throughout our entire stay. The area of Sant’Angelo was nothing short of magical. My family and I truly appreciated the slower pace and the natural beauty surrounding us. It felt like the perfect escape from the everyday rush. The local bus system made it easy to explore the island, and we enjoyed discovering everything Ischia had to offer—from beaches to thermal spas. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend this suite to families traveling with kids—it’s peaceful, scenic, and well connected for adventure.

Gaetano ist ein sehr sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und offener Gastgeber. Er hat mich bei der Anreise am späten Abend von der Fähre abgeholt und bei der Abreise wieder zur Fähre gebracht. Bezüglich der An- und Abreisezeiten war er sehr flexibel und großzügig. Den Kontakt mit ihm habe ich als sehr angenehm empfunden. Gerne hätte ich noch mehr über sein künstlerisches Schaffen erfahren. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und insbesondere das Schlafzimmer schön eingerichtet. Die vielen Terrassen und Blumenwiesen bieten Möglichkeiten sich zu Sonnen und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit in Stille die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber insbesondere für Alleinreisende stellt das Angebot von Gaetano ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dar. Ausgangspunkte für schöne Wanderungen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliche Nahverkehrsmittel fahren regelmäßig und sind gut erreichbar. Gegangen bin ich mit einem wunderschönen Blumenstrauß aus dem Garten und komme gerne wieder.

The place is amazing! Guiseppe is really helpful and kind. He helps you with the luggage, local things. The house was clean, and airco was on when we arrived. Guiseppe is good with communication true translate apps. Make sure you have them before you arrive. Going up is as described, an adventure. We rented a scooter - one of us got up with the scooter ( not so easy), the other one had a great hike. So make so you are fit enough. It’s worth it. Nearby is an amazing local restaurant, 300m away from the house . Guiseppe called the restaurant and the lady cooked only for us. It was delicious! Real Italian meal and vibe! I can only recommend this place and its owner. Loved our stay! Adventure and all!
