Eco Resort Cermeniza is located in one of the most scenic places at Crmnica region with a panoramic view of the Skadar Lake. Our Resort is divided into 6 beautiful Villas, with a pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Within the Resort of 5000 sq m, the tourists can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting at our rustic wine cellar. Villa Bouquet has 45 sq meters, 1 double size bed, sofa bed, living room, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

Der Strand ist 400m entfernt und verfügt über eine tolle Promenade. Sie haben einen privaten Parkplatz um mit dem Mietwagen die tollen Strände zu erkunden welche in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
