The photos do not do this place justice 🙌🏻 It is absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. The view from the balcony is 10/10. Pool clean and quiet. The location is perfect - only about a 15 min walk right to all the restaurants and the old town. Also felt very safe at all times. Host was amazing as she sent recommendations for food, sight seeing as well as helpful shortcuts. Would stay here again 😊

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Excellent home and host. The view is nicer than anything. Kate and her brother are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Budva, I would like to stay here.

Zoran is a good host. The apartment is close to the sea and the city center. We will come again.

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

What a gem! One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Beautiful views, easy bike ride into town, fresh and delicious food. The villa felt like home. Nemanja and his family are lovely and generous hosts, he gave so many local recommendations. We stayed for 3 nights, happily could have stayed twice that long. We already want to come back. Also: a wine tasting is a must while you stay here! Delicious wines, of course, but you’ll also learn so much about Montenegrin culture.

We really loved this place, everything is close, maximum 10 minutes walk. 😊

We had an incredible stay at this spacious and phenomenal apartment. The modern and clean design, along with the well-equipped amenities and electronics, truly made it stand out. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and motorized window shades and sheers throughout, making it comfortable during the hot days. The location was perfect and central if you want to venture and drive out alongside the sea to explore different beaches and points and f interest. Apartment location also has 2 grocery stores downstairs for super convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and pier through Slovenska Plaza resort. The host Misha was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available and polite. His attentiveness truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb stay to anyone looking for a high end, comfortable and convenient accommodation in the area.

We loved our stay ! Perfect location in walking distance from the old town, easy parking and a supermarket not far. Friendly and welcoming host. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Kotor.

Dragan's place in Sveti Stefan is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We rented both units and loved the terrace for working, resting, and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we didn't want to eat out. Dragan provided excellent local recommendations and helped arrange a boat tour of Lake Skadar. Dragan is truly a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed getting to know him and his family, as well as their two friendly dogs. He also makes the best rakia we've tried in Montenegro. The location is perfect, with a market, restaurants, and a coffee shop just steps away. Beaches are also a short walk away, including the pristine Kings and Queens beaches. We hope to return in the near future.

Amazing Stay at Rosmarino Aparthotel - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nikolai shared with us all needed information about interesting places in close vasinity. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described - if not better! I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurant. Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment was extremely comfortable with a seating area overlooking the mountains and small pool. We found the property homely with everything you needed. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for the large shower. An easy walk into Kotor town where there are many restaurants and bars. Host was very helpful in organising transport for us. The apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and was just a short walk in to the old town and had a handy super market right next door. Our apartment had 2 spacious balconies with gorgeous views and we loved the pool area! Fantastic hosts who provided recommendations and plenty of information on the local area.
