It is the best accomodation in Greenbay apartment, and it looks exactly the same as the pictures. Strongly recommend you to book this room. I've tried in other units, only this one looks the same as the pictures 👍👍👍👍

did not have a high expectation on the place, but so far, for the week that i stayed there it was pleasantly comfortable, although i have to deal with couple flies here and there. it is quite close to the mall as well which is pretty nice.

We had a nice stay at Cynthia’s apartment. There was enough space for three of us. The process of checking in is very easy and comfortable and the location of the apartment is very convenient, just 25 minutes from the airport and two minutes from a big shopping mall. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and clean, the apartment is clean and we could cook. There is also drinking water. If you have any questions, Cynthia answers very quickly and is ready to help. On the whole, there is everything a tourist might need in Cynthia’s apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Cynthia!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb room! While it might not boast a plethora of facilities, it more than makes up for it with its unbeatable location. The room is just 25 meters from the beach, providing you with direct access to the stunning shoreline. The price I paid was an absolute steal for the privilege of being so close to the beach. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a wonderful vacation. If you're looking for a beachfront getaway that's budget-friendly and well worth every penny, this is the place for you!

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

Tempat yang cocok jika ingin bersantai dengan view pantai selatan. Banyak aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan, jalan di pantai, yoga atau hanya sekedar bengong menikmati suasana. Kamarnya super besar, walaupun tidak ada AC surprisingly ga masalah karena cuaca pelabuhan ratu waktu itu cukup dingin. Host nya, Ian sangat friendly, sempat sedikit ngobrol juga dengan beliau.

house is good. ada playground sesuai foto, anak2 suka. ada dapur, 3 kmr tidur, 3 kmr mandi. tidak ada washing machine and dryer. overall good. kondisi kamar dan lain2 baik, rapi. thank you so much. ada pool di kompleks. playgroundnya anak2 suka main. ada masak2an, perosotan , kolam bola,ada buku2, ada theater kecil untuk nonton. bunk bed di 2 kmr.

We had a great stay at Ian’s place. Very nice view and a beautiful room. Breakfast was always yummy and the stuff was very nice!Theres no privacy in the bathroom, as there is no door. The wifi didnt really work. The location was very hard to reach and to get out of there as well, since there is no public transport. Other then that we had a great time and there are some really nice restaurants nearby as well!

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Nice place with beautiful sea beach . Vila is very neat clean and specious . Host is also very helpful Nd caring . I recommend to visit again and again .

Great stay. Great place. Great staff. Great views. Great everything. A very non-commercialized area of Java, roads a bit rough getting there, which makes it perfect IMO.

Mr. Sandi as the host is very responsive and helpful. We were late for check in due to our delayed flight but he was waiting for us. The place is nice, clean and very quiet, a place to escape from the hectic daily routine. The facilities are good, the stove and kitchen set, wifi and cable TV function properly. You can find the nearest shop on foot. A recomended place and would definitely go back next time.

Bersih, tenang krn berada di lantai atas jd tidak diganggu oleh warga sekitar yg terus menawarkan dagangannya. Hanya dua point yg sy ingin sampaikan ke ke owner untuk apt nya: 1. ac yg di kamar seberang kamar mandi bocor jd harus kita tampung airnya dengan baskom, dan itu sangat mengganggu untuk tidur dimalam hari karena titik2 air yg jatuh ke ember berisik sepanjang malam serta mengganggu kegiatan dikamar. overall ac dingin tidak masalah 2. Selang pancur air untuk toilet sudah hampir patah sehingga tidak bisa dipakai krn air muncrat kemana mana. Itu saja sedikit masukkan dari kami. sy merecomendasikan apt ini bila ada yg ingin menyewa, lsg menghadap pantai yg bersih dan luas. Ranjang banyak, didepan kamar tamu juga ada spring bed untuk yg ingin tidur diselingi deburan ombak. dua sofa bisa dijadikan juga tempat tidur. Semoga dengan diperbaikinya masalah diatas bisa lebih memberikan kenyamanan yg sempurna untuk penyewa. Thank you so much Nick.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!
