Holiday rentals with a patio in Banten

The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

The neighborhood is peaceful but still close to everything I needed: groceries, cafes, and public transport. The host was always responsive and helpful, which made my stay even smoother. After 6 months, it was hard to say goodbye. Highly recommend this place for both short and long stays!

Small studio but perfect for 1 , 2 and everything in it and quiet , no noise of cars. Clear instructions (sorry about my mistake with the lock,my mistake ) I am coming often through Jakarta I may be back. Yungni I did not meet. is very nice, helpful thanks/merci /terimakhasi

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. the apartment is very quiet because of the position on the corner, no noise cleanliness, amenities, and furnishings equivalent to a 4 star hotel owner is very responsive the location is very close to PIK Avenue mall, fresh market, anywhere near very satisfying

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
